I got this beautiful Caché fitted leather jacket ($11), a scarf ($7) and a black sweater dress from Club Monaco ($12). In total I spent $30 bucks. Very organized and clean, easy to shop through and can I say their boot selection!!! Man oh man. They have a massive amount of sneakers (nothing I was thrilled over). Although, if you're in the market for some Converses, then you'll find some in EVERY COLOR (price range seemed to be able $15). The boots range from about $17-$25 and great condition. Unfortunately they didn't have my size but if they did, I would have grabbed these Suede Sam Edelman boots. This spot is name brand galore. The sweaters ( a lot of Talbots, J. Crew, Banana Republic, Zara & H&M etc.) They have a great selection of dress, coats, bags, scarfs. Man just everything is wonderful when it comes to their merchandise! The customer service is wonderful!! They'll answer any question with a smile and just all around very friendly and helpful. They do take cards/cash but there are no exchanges or refunds. The ONLY draw back is that they don't have any sales ...like ever. I mean some may say it's a thrift store why are you looking for a sale, but you'd get people to buy it bulk more when you have sales. They would be PACKED!! The young man at the register told me they're looking to start having sales soon. Hopefully!! That's the only reason I didn't give it that last star. Other than that, great place to shop!!! Okay, I had what a blast here with my daughter yesterday. I decided we needed a day of thrift…read moreshopping. When you drop a lot of weed, you don't want to have to replace your whole wardrobe at premium prices. I picked up some great pieces for someone. My age, things like Liz Claiborne and Ann Taylor dresses & blouses. I found a great pair of Michael kors pants, too. But my absolute favorite find was a pair of Sergio Valente jeans from the very early '80s that I coveted when I was young. I never had them, I wanted them, and they fit! They look brand new and we're only $7.99. My daughter bought a whole bunch of stuff including a really cute hello Kitty sweater. We got so much stuff. We overfilled the bag and still only paid 60 bucks. I can't wait to go back, there is so much stuff. You do have to wait on a long line to check out. However, I thought it was worth it considering how much we brought home.

There was no pretense of anything being pre-owned or gently worn, you scavenged through boxes for old clothing that was severely broken in and hoped that the previous owner(s) enjoyed soap and a good delousing as much as they craved their hash pipe. I'm just amazed Udelco is still here and may drop in next time I'm in the area. Who knows, I just might find the old jeans that rode my hip before my hip needs to be replaced.

Would it kill you to just make the store a little bit more organized or understandable for anyone that shows up? It's one thing to not label the boxes properly or to have the store cleaner and organized feeling but to not actively try to help customers that come in with finding clothes or whatever is just really lame. I also appreciate that the dressing rooms are roomy and have large, full length mirrors, something a lot of thrift stores don't offer. The inventory changes all the time, so every visit feels a little different. They also have frequent sales on certain colored tagged items. If you enjoy thrifting, treasure hunting, or just finding something 'different' at a great price, Grace's is definitely worth stopping into.
