My favorite! I always find something. Sometimes it's in clothing, sometimes pursues, sometimes…read morehousewares or decor, sometimes books, but I never leave without finding a good deal. You might have to dig through somethings, but it's not too bad. The place is well kept and the people who manage it (I think they are all volunteers from the church?) work hard to keep the place in order. There is flow to the merchandise, with areas broken up by department. New donations are coming in on a regular basis. Every time I go, which is often, I see new donations being dropped off or being sorted and priced. The staff/volunteers are always so pleasant. It's a pleasure to shop here. It's never too crowded with customers, but there is regular customer traffic that keeps the store moderately busy. Prices are fair and around Christmas, they set up a room with Christmas specific/inspired merchandise. Kudos to Red Door!

Lady was at the door, I am assuming she was the owner and said they were closed and to give her a few minutes. We give her about 15 minutes, we waited in the vestibule that is connected to the place. When we came back she let us in and said that they had a party last night so we might have to step over some things... partial understatement. She directs us to a white door and says that it goes all the way down. Found along the trail of stuff some cool converse...$30 -couple bucks more and I can go to DSW and get them brand new. Walking down the aisle (hallway) there's a dark room, intrigued and hoping to find some huge room, I search for the lights. Find 2 of the 3 without getting electrocuted. This room is the size of my living room and stuff is everywhere. If there is a secret lair of furniture somewhere, the lady was uninterested in us finding it. She was too busy cleaning up the party from last night... none of it made sense. It was pretty grungy in there all around, I can't imagine having a party there either. Probably will never go there again. The furniture pictures were a bit taunting. :( so damn disappointed.

I came here to drop off a couple of things with my grandma. We were unsure of whether to drop by or…read morenot because the voicemail that provides the business's hours of operation aren't consistent with when they are actually open. I think that this is a flaw in the system, especially for my grandma who has a hard time moving all of the things that she needs back and forth without assistance. Fortunately, they were open, and we were able to drop off all of the things we needed to successfully. Overall it was quick and easy, which I appreciated, but I think the hours need to be straightened out.

I wanted to buy so much but didn't because of the way I was perceived. Door was open when I walked in and a lady and man walked out. The lady came back in, was pleasant and took off her coat. I guess she was the owner as her do whippered until she returned. Beautiful brown poodle. She then told the older woman she was going to lock the door as the older woman went to the back. She locked me in as if I had intent to steal. I continued to look but picked up her vibe. I asked to see a pair of earrings and the first thing she told me was the price. I had just stated I was looking for a bold hoop. She stated she didn't have that. I then asked to see another hoop. It had the price tag and I can truly read but she stated the price again. There went that sale because I really liked them and they were only $550. Her perception that I could not afford either, cost her the cash sale of those earrings and the burgundy crossbody handbag on the shelf near the Gucci bags. I wanted that bag because that color is hard to find. I guess my comfy jeans, gap sweatshirt and Uggs for a cold Sunday made her think I was just window shopping on a very frigid day. I like to shop when many are not out so I can look and take my time. I gather it was my skin color which is why she trapped me in the store in case I was trying to grab and dash. It's sad but some of do have tons of money. We like to shop at places of value where you find different things than your normal stores. But they don't seem to think we are of value. I was actually really surprised. One thing I will say is that I wish that their shoes are all in one place because their shoes on top of some of the clothing racks and it's just like a little bit annoying that you have to walk around the whole store to find all the shoes. This place has a lot of clothes so come prepared to look through a lot, but they have a very good array of coats and jacket, denim pants, skirts, button down, shirts, sweaters, and then they have a smaller area with like furniture and home goods. The people here also really friendly. The guy at the cash register was super nice and very humorous so I would definitely come back.
