I love consignment shops, but NOT this one. I found it online and decided to visit as I was off yesterday. Beautiful store and great merchandise. I wanted to buy so much but didn't because of the way I was perceived. Door was open when I walked in and a lady and man walked out. The lady came back in, was pleasant and took off her coat. I guess she was the owner as her do whippered until she returned. Beautiful brown poodle. She then told the older woman she was going to lock the door as the older woman went to the back. She locked me in as if I had intent to steal. I continued to look but picked up her vibe. I asked to see a pair of earrings and the first thing she told me was the price. I had just stated I was looking for a bold hoop. She stated she didn't have that. I then asked to see another hoop. It had the price tag and I can truly read but she stated the price again. There went that sale because I really liked them and they were only $550. Her perception that I could not afford either, cost her the cash sale of those earrings and the burgundy crossbody handbag on the shelf near the Gucci bags. I wanted that bag because that color is hard to find. I guess my comfy jeans, gap sweatshirt and Uggs for a cold Sunday made her think I was just window shopping on a very frigid day. I like to shop when many are not out so I can look and take my time. I gather it was my skin color which is why she trapped me in the store in case I was trying to grab and dash. It's sad but some of do have tons of money. We like to shop at places of value where you find different things than your normal stores. But they don't seem to think we are of value. Would not recommend this place even though my cash money if green! read more

This store is a real gem. You can't beat the prices for Designer brand clothes and bags. You can always find great jewelry for yourself or a unique gift. I believe they have the best prices around for Designer bags. I purchased a beautiful vintage bag here. read more

Miriam continues to be an amazing! She is one of the most hard working business owners we know. Unlike many small businesses and businesses in general during COVID, she has mastered the balance of following strict COVID protocols and making you feel completely normal (besides having to wear masks and al the hand sanitizer). Additionally she continues to have a diverse inventory that is plentiful and revolves, so there are always new pieces. This has been a very trying year , and I was glad to see my favorite shop has survived through these tough times . I have always found the owner and her staff very knowledgeable and professional . I have purchase many fine pieces of jewelry for my wife so for our anniversary I went there for another piece ,, she had a beautiful diamond and emerald bracelet , which I fell in love with . As always she gave me a great price and an amazing gift for my wife, which she simply loved and wears it everyday. I have recommended the shop to many friends, all have been very satisfied with their purchase and experience working with the owner and her staff . As life gets back to normal I will be looking for more treasures at this shop. Love that all COVID protocols are being followed. Inventory is amazing even during COVID. Miriam is an exemplar business owner and human being. She takes the time to get to know the customer's needs and wants to help guide them to buy the right piece. Her attention to detail is impeccable and I would not buy my rings anywhere else. I currently own over 20 pieces purchased here and will continue to shop there, because there is always something new at varying price points. Did not have a good shopping in here at all, I am a serious antique jewelry collector and was checking this place out to add items to my collection. Given the investment potential, I am always careful to ensure that any piece I obtain is suitable. Although some items were priced accordingly upon condition, I always ensure to inspect carefully and ensure items are worth the investment potential. I found however in this establishment the clerks were rude, unpleasant and had the audacity to complain, judge and dismiss my business as not worthy of their time. They had somehow made a judgement that just because I look quite young for my age I was somehow entertaining myself and not seriously interested in buying their pieces. I felt that I was being coerced and intimidated by their off putting attitudes as they had the audacity to raise their voices in a rude and condescending tone when I was being very cordial. I have never experienced such poor customer service in a store nor have I ever been dismissed of service in a nearly empty store where the clerks would rather gossip and stare at each other than to actually do their jobs. Had they been providing actual customer service and not aggressively complaining that I was taking up their time in their empty store I would have made the investment. I also happen to have a masters degree in management and would never allow for my employees to be so arrogant and dismissive in their professional interactions. As clients we want to ensure we are making sound investments in your business and under no circumstance should a business dismiss, judge or coerce a potential client relationship. read more

Absolutely beautiful and unusual jewelry, but VERY overpriced in some areas and alas, they tend to think a little too much of their stuff in terms of rarity/value. Also, they're not as knowledgeable as they'd like to think (e.g. calling flat Bohemian garnets "tourmalines"...sigh). Final point: be careful when buying -- check everything VERY carefully...flaws will not be pointed out. To be fair, they might not have seen them either, but when selling at these prices, they should be a little more aware of their consignments' condition. read more

I always ask my husband to surprise me for my birthday and he always comes back with something that is absolutley beautiful. I finally asked him how does he always pick the perfect gift and he finally told me where he goes. I am writing this review because I think its awesome how the staff is able to help my husband out with the perfect gift. I look forward to what they recommend for him every year. If possible, I would give a zero star rating. Beware: Items left on consignment are not returned to the customer in the same condition and items from customers are mixed up. I left several Swarovski pieces on consignment and asked to have them returned to me in order to sell them myself several weeks later. All pieces were left with the store in their original boxes and foam inserts, but when the items were returned to me, one box was missing and my crystal figurine was wrapped in bubble wrap only. Another figurine was returned in the wrong box. When I asked for the correct box, I was told that they probably gave away my box when they sold a different piece. The owner refused to take responsibility for her mistake and became extremely rude when I pointed out that the piece is less valuable to a collector without the original box. She was extremely unprofessional and, instead of taking responsibility for her negligence, had an "oh well, it's just a box" attitude. I have never encountered a more incompetent and irresponsible consignment store clerk and would advise anyone considering selling merchandise on consignment to avoid this store. I would also advise potential customers not to purchase anything from this store, as they clearly sell merchandise they have no right to sell. read more

This is an amazing place to decorate a home or find upscale antique jewelry. The staff is very professional and know their stuff.

Unfortunately I have still not heard from Miriam (proprietor of the aforementioned business) who should have contacted me to resolve a dispute which was brought to her immediate attention a few weeks ago. I am respectfully trying to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I believe it would be prudent for Miriam and/or the owner of the said business to contact me as soon as possible.
