The other pair was a pair of Cole haan boots that retail new for $130, I wore maybe once, she told me the price and I questioned that it was really all she thought she could get for them, without saying anything else she looked at me and said "I don't want your items" and closed the boxes. I've never dealt with anyone more rude in my life. Would not recommend shopping here.

I reminded her of what I had asked for, I let her know that what I got was not right. She was not hearing me, and was actively trying to convince me otherwise. No apology came, which would have made a world of difference. I'm not exactly sure why she didn't want to help me purchase the right product, but it was clear, she didn't want to help me. BUT... a few hours later the store manager called me and made things right. This is huge. She was level headed, patient with my uncertainty, and very helpful.
