I needed a certain size, they did not have it and said they would order it for me. It should take about three weeks. I stopped in about five weeks later and they looked in book and told me it hadn't come in but they would check on the next business day and call me. Needless to say that I never got a call so I stopped in again (about 12 weeks from original order date). Guess what, they recognized me and looked in book again and said no it is not in yet. No explanation, no I'm sorry, just they will call me. I finally said never mind I got them online already. Nothing has changed with this place, I will never shop here again.

She actually thanked us for coming out in the rain! As soon as we walked in, Gena eyeballed us both and told us our sizes. She was right on the money! She explained why we were unhappy with the sizing of our old bras. The attention and service she provided to both of us was outstanding. She knows her inventory and is very knowledgeable about different bras and fit. Her store hours were until 6pm. Mom and I were there until 7. We weren't rushed or pressured into any purchases.
