She actually thanked us for coming out in the rain! As soon as we walked in, Gena eyeballed us both and told us our sizes. She was right on the money! She explained why we were unhappy with the sizing of our old bras. The attention and service she provided to both of us was outstanding. She knows her inventory and is very knowledgeable about different bras and fit. Her store hours were until 6pm. Mom and I were there until 7. We weren't rushed or pressured into any purchases. Gena is sincerely nice, friendly and goes out of her way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I will definitely be supporting her business in many years to come. Thank you Gena!!
