She listened to my concerns and was very professional and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about her, only because I had dealings with Customer Service for the same issue and they were not willing to listen and help me to correct the issue. Pavani listened, let me speak, and corrected my issue, she did not interrupt me as I was trying to explain what happened to my order and she resolved my issue. I wish ALL Customer Service people were like her. She's a great role model for your Company.

They said their holiday policy is they have to be purchased in November in order to return them. I always do my holiday shopping before November especially if I see a good deal. I will never ever shop at Children/s Place or Sugar & Jade again. You lost a good customer over $20 boots. Customer Service could have cared less as well. Unbelieveable! This is the only company I have dealt with that will not accept a holiday return. Hope it was worth it.

I have never had such a terrible furniture delivery experience in my life. I ordered a crib and dresser with changing table, and it came last week. Both the crib and the dresser came in damaged, and I got on the phone with them right away. I was assured a replacement would be sent, today, Monday, 8/15. On Friday, I received a confirmation call that the furniture would be here between 12 and 3. At 2:30 today I called customer service and they told me that the delivery men have been trying to call me and that they're running late. 1. Their delivery men never called me, or they don't know how to read a phone number. 2. I basically got called a liar by customer service when I told her I had no missed calls and no voicemails from them. I don't have flexibility in my schedule to wait around for another hour once furniture is all put together, so alas, we have a third delivery date for Wednesday. Customer service gave me another 3 hour window, which I will need to take the day off of work for. Bottom line: Don't bother with Bambi Baby. I'm inclined to cancel my delivery all together, if it wasn't for the fact that I'm due any day now.

It literally wrapped around 2 lanes and then continued to wrap all the way into the home goods section. Imagine a Shake Shack line during peak time multiplied by 3 and you get the idea. They REALLY need more registers or faster clerks, I'm sure they lose a lot of money from people changing their mind on merchandise or calling it quits from the line. If you want a great selection and have the patience to the survive the massive register line, then you should be ok. All the clothes are mid range to high end with everything from Zara to Gucci. All the clothes are like new or slightly worn - no stains or signs of heavy wear. Prices are reasonable and they seem to filter through a lot of clothes. I came two weeks back to back (to make a return and drop off some shoes) and I saw mostly new items I hadn't seen previously.
