She listened to my concerns and was very professional and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about her, only because I had dealings with Customer Service for the same issue and they were not willing to listen and help me to correct the issue. Pavani listened, let me speak, and corrected my issue, she did not interrupt me as I was trying to explain what happened to my order and she resolved my issue. I wish ALL Customer Service people were like her. She's a great role model for your Company.

They said their holiday policy is they have to be purchased in November in order to return them. I always do my holiday shopping before November especially if I see a good deal. I will never ever shop at Children/s Place or Sugar & Jade again. You lost a good customer over $20 boots. Customer Service could have cared less as well. Unbelieveable!
