This store is located at the Hudson Yards. I love this store for women, men and children clothing. Merchandise is always changing here. Fair prices for the sporty look.

Even though the place was packed due to the holidays, the staff were extremely helpful and supportive. I brought in a bunch of stuff to exchange and return and I was super stressed out, but Luis M and Diego G were so amazing. They answered all my questions and helped me process everything very fast, and I am super grateful to them for their professionalism. Thank you Luis and Diego, and wishing all the staff happy holidays!

Keepin it real at Hudson Yards Uniqlo inside this billionaire's playground of a mall, def not a discount store but still one of the most affordable stores in the whole place. Not sure if they still give out $20 credit to anyone who signs up in the app, but that pretty much gets you a nice shirt at uniqlo, allows us average folks to become actual customers inside this very bougie place, helps with the experience a little.

This is a great location. All the staff was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well-stocked.

I wear the long sleeve made from the same material blend when it's winter. 07/07/21

Uniqlo in the Shops at Hudson Yards is brand new location for me. I'm a huge fan of their tops. I like the way they hold up wash after wash. The material is soft and either keeps you warm in the winter or cool in Summer. I was just there several times this Spring and enjoyed browsing the colorful clothes. The customer service is a priority with this company. They bow to me and are very well trained in the art of respecting the customer. It's a "customer is always right" philosophy that my father taught me. I'm really looking forward to my next visit to Hudson Yards. I'll be sure to take more photos. If you're visiting Hudson Yards check them out. It's time for a Summer Wardrobe upgrade!

Think five times before ordering on Uniqlo online. You cannot bring items from your online order to a store to return, as one would think Uniqlo is also 'with the times' i.e. norm for EComm Customer experience, where an online order can be brought in-store to return aka Zara, Amazon, Madewell, CB2, H&M (the list goes on). As a Manhattanite, it's normal way of doing life and retail, especially in this city. And it gets better, the online return process is so unintuitive and complex that there's an extensive video/documentation posted of how to do it, see here (so you know what you're in for, should you want to return an online order).... faq-us.uniqlo.com/articl.... And of course, this complexity being a barrier of entry, and a way to for Uniqlo to keep the potential return $'s by this dark pattern i.e. making returns complex so people probably don't bother going through with it.. Note: it's even called a 'return application', and involves a mandatory printout that has to be enclosed. Hmm, very strange in this digital and paperless age, and who coined the term "return application" when trying to return two pairs of Heattech socks and leggings? sadly, I will no longer shop at Uniqlo and will take my business elsewhere, this experience has me pondering Uniqlo's lack of transparency, and the key basic/core value of making customer experience easy, and for not being green (a forced/required step of a paper printout of the 'return application'). Purchases and returns are the every day basics of a retail business. I cannot imagine if a Customer had a more complex issue to resolve with Uniqlo, what would that look/experience be like? Yikes.

New UNIQLO in the new Hudson Yards shop mall. Everything was well organized and new. Customer service is excellent. The cashiers check out was quick and helpful.

Specifically was looking for recommendations for a beard/mustache product - however I needed some guidance picking a product out. In the past I made the mistake of picking a product my brothers used and realized not all products are designed for all skin and hair types. I explained to Jazmin my prior mistake purchasing products and that my partner is half black and showed a picture to illustrate his facial hair type - so I was looking for a product designed for his skin and hair type. Jazmin could not have been more helpful and showed me two different facial hair grooming kits to choose from - and explained the price difference between purchasing the individual products vs. products as a kit. She was both knowledgeable and transparent. Also, she paid attention to details while not making me feel rushed at all. She noticed when I walked by the YSL colognes that I wanted to purchase a YSL cologne for my BF but he loved certain scents of the brand and strongly disliked other scents and I did not recall which one was which. So I commented in passing "I'll have to bring him back in person to get the cologne". While I was checking out Jazmin dropped some YSL cologne samples in the bag and my BF ended up really liking one scent- so now I know which cologne to purchase! Jazmin did me a great job with the facial kit recommendation, my bf LOVED the kit we chose and his bandmates were a bit envious- one said "my girlfriend doesn't buy me stuff like this after my performances!" You did me a solid!!

Needless to say I wasn't impressed by this--you *never* call out an employee in front of customers as he was loudly doing. I wasn't the only one who found it unprofessional; there were at least three other customers in earshot and I heard one make a comment about it. The salesman helping me out was fine and attentive enough, but we were all cringing. Get it together, Nordstrom Men's Store!

She walked my friends and me through several sections of the store to ensure that we found exactly what we were looking for. Ms Corita was personable and funny. But Mr Richard at the Customer Service Desk was beyond rule and unprofessional. We were shocked and a little bit of shopping excited dimmed after our encounter with him. He should not represent Macy's while interacting with customers. We were not deterred. Unfortunately we spent tons of time and money on three floors. We'll be back and we'll search for Ms Corita because she was outstanding! #HappyShopping

Many department stores have sadly faded away over the years. Think, B. Altman & Co, Barneys, Henri Bendels, Lord & Taylor, Bonwit Teller, I miss them all like old friends who passed. However, we still have Macy's! - with its annual Thanksgiving Day Parade aired on NBC, plus don't forget Macy's lush Fresh Flower Show display in April/May, and the ultimate 4th of July Fireworks on the Hudson River or East River by the Grucci family over 100 years, now by Jesse Collins Entertainment of the Superbowl halftime shows. There will always be Macy's. Make Macy's your destination even if it's just for the nostalgia. They still have those chunky wooden escalators on the upper floors built in the 1920s by Otis Elevator Company. An Iconic Five stars **Thanks to fellow Yelper, Fawn for the trip down memory lane!**

Has three floors in total in which each floor caters to different categories like heattech + men's + women's + children apparel + graphic tees. There's even a Uniqlo coffee shop on the 2nd floor. A large fake Christmas tree is placed in the center when first walking inside through the entrance. Then, a huge red escalator of heading up and down to each floor is behind the tree. Additionally. everything's either being neatly organized or stacked on most of the shelves and inside drawers except for a couple of areas here and there. The price range is reasonable for most apparel items besides the thick puffer jackets + sweaters + graphic tees. Even though there seem to be signs for the fitting room and cashiers/self-checkout, it's still pretty confusing to walk around and find stuff imo because of how large the Uniqlo space is. I have to flag down and ask different staff about the whereabouts of cashiers as I'm paying with cash. There's a bit of a line for those paying by cash despite several 5-6 cashiers being present while no line at all for self-checkout (card only). No line for the fitting room though. Generally, staff is shown as helpful + amiable + patient in a professional manner towards customers. My favorite section is probably by the heattech area. There're 3 various heattech types of warmth for both adults and children. Of course you can wear whichever layer as you please at the end of the day. All the desired temperatures are simply suitable for preferred reference anyway. The Original (Mild Weather) - 5°C to 20°C or 41°F to 68°F Extra Warmth (Colder Days) - -5°C to 15°C or 23°F to 59°F Ultra Warm (Extreme Cold) - -20°C to 10°C or -4°F to 50°F I think The Original layer of heattech is already pretty warm for the 30s-40s temperature here in NYC. The fabric is the thinnest in material. Very comfy to wear without being too stuffy on the inside. I bought two long sleeved heattech pieces today ($19.90 each). They also come in different colors and styles that might be suited to the personal taste of each and every customer. I'm not sure if they have a restroom for the public, will have to search for it next time...
