I invariably forget something when I travel. This time it was a belt and I had 15 minutes to find one before my meeting. Thankfully this spot was right next to my hotel and they did have a simple black belt which is all I needed. The staff were young and very nice but I think are new and not knowledgeable...yet.

There's no shortage of Old Navy stores. From my home there are four Old Navy locations within the 25 minute radius, and they are all very similar to one another. However, yesterday I was at the flagship store, located in Times Square. This store is so, so much larger than the average Old Navy store. The downstairs are men's items, and the upstairs are women's and kid's. Everything is nicely laid out and is easy to see. They have a substantial amount of inventory with NYC across it. These items might be exclusive to this store. If you're walking around Times Square, and your flip flop gives up on you, or you discover you have an embarrassing stain on the front of your shirt, well this Old Navy store will save the day. Most items are 30 - 40% off. If you're in the area, and need to pick up something fast for your wardrobe, you might likely find it here. The AC inside makes it a pleasant shopping experience.

Customer Service: 5 Cleanliness: 4 Location: 5 Affordability: 5 Restroom is available for their customers We stopped by this Old Navy clothing department location this afternoon, while we were visiting the Manhattan area. It was conveniently near Times Square, and was very easy to find. The facility was not very crowded and it was maintained to the highest standard of cleanness. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Old Navy at this location is a great place to kill some time. I'm surprised I didn't review it already. Recently my daughter was getting some warm snuggles to wear this winter. It's decent clothing for less. I've worn Old Navy items for years. Either you are a fan of old Navy or not. Customer Service is typical of the other locations. I find what I need without assistance. Most of the time they're short staffed in my opinion. I'm still recommending.

We had to make an emergency spot to pick up some socks. They had socks. The store is super bright and inviting. Two floors of shopping. Men's department on the first floor, women's department on the second. Overall the employees were very helpful. We were in and out without a problem considering we were on Time Square.

Nice Old Navy near Times Square. Very well organized, easy to find most things, not too crowded. A few associates asked me if I needed help finding anything, so I appreciated that. One person told me about a sale. Everyone was very nice and approachable. There are a few levels to the store so you will need to take the escalator to go up to another level. I purchased two sweaters on sale!

What happens when your husband is going to Virginia with one son, you are going to NYC with the other, and you realize you swapped suitcases at 10pm? Go to Old Navy! This Old Navy in Times Square is open until 2am! It is by far the largest Old Navy I have ever seen! There are three floors with a large variety of items for adults and kids: Casual clothes, tons of jeans, workout wear, outerwear, underwear....you name it! The staff, from the floor to the dressing attendants to the checkout personnel were some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen! Want something you don't see (like a NY Giants shirt)? The staff will look it up and show you several options. Checkout counter busy? Staff member took me to the side and checked me out using a mobile device. It was a pleasure for 14 year old and I to deck ourselves out for the weekend at midnight in about 45 minutes! Lesson learned: Always check the inside of matching suitcases before you leave. But if you are stranded in the middle of NYC without your luggage, Old Navy in Times Square is the place to go!

Lakim is one of the best sales associates I've ever encountered! As he stands to greet the customers that come in the door I watched him greet every single person that came in warmly. With some of the customers he knew exactly where they had to go I directed them on which floor. Every customer that leaves the store he says goodbye and thanks for coming into Old Navy. Why can't most sales associates in stores behave like this young man Lakim. I was trying on some pants and as I was shopping I was watching his incredible customer service to everyone. This is a great Old Navy! it's clean it's organized and it's in order. all of the models posters that are up match the clothes that are next to them and nothing is wrinkled. everything is on a hanger or folded neatly. This store must have incredible management because it's really really nice! They have a great selection of different things from men women and children and their prices are still incredibly economical.

After Toys R' Us closed up its bag and left Times Square, it was inevitable that a big box store would come in and fill the shoes of the biggest toy store in the world. However Old Navy really looks to be misusing the fraction of the space they have been given in the commercial center of the world. Part of this is due to the fact that the store is spread up over 3 floors with little connecting one floor to the next. Finding men's clothing are split out between two different floors each holding half the clothes you think they would. Perhaps it's just early days, but staff seems just as confused as I was as to where half the merchandise was, at one point throwing up their hands when they couldn't find something. Each floor is squeezed tight, with a tiny back space for holding discount merchandise on the third floor. Overall, not a great layout for a store in the crossroads of the universe

Who knew in Times Square one could find trousers for a quick need? Old Navy! Though the store was crowded, service was swift and great.

I typically go when Im in Honolulu as we don't have UNIQLO where we live so I always make it a point to stop here when in NYC. The store is gorgeous and huge, three stories including a coffee shop on site! The last time I was here was in the dead of winter so I bought a few pieces from their thermal line which kept me warm all weekend long! Walk around the store, look for sales and special pieces. Has three floors in total in which each floor caters to different categories like heattech + men's + women's + children apparel + graphic tees. There's even a Uniqlo coffee shop on the 2nd floor. A large fake Christmas tree is placed in the center when first walking inside through the entrance. Then, a huge red escalator of heading up and down to each floor is behind the tree. Additionally. everything's either being neatly organized or stacked on most of the shelves and inside drawers except for a couple of areas here and there. The price range is reasonable for most apparel items besides the thick puffer jackets + sweaters + graphic tees. Even though there seem to be signs for the fitting room and cashiers/self-checkout, it's still pretty confusing to walk around and find stuff imo because of how large the Uniqlo space is. I have to flag down and ask different staff about the whereabouts of cashiers as I'm paying with cash. There's a bit of a line for those paying by cash despite several 5-6 cashiers being present while no line at all for self-checkout (card only). No line for the fitting room though. Generally, staff is shown as helpful + amiable + patient in a professional manner towards customers. My favorite section is probably by the heattech area. There're 3 various heattech types of warmth for both adults and children. Of course you can wear whichever layer as you please at the end of the day. All the desired temperatures are simply suitable for preferred reference anyway. The Original (Mild Weather) - 5°C to 20°C or 41°F to 68°F Extra Warmth (Colder Days) - -5°C to 15°C or 23°F to 59°F Ultra Warm (Extreme Cold) - -20°C to 10°C or -4°F to 50°F I think The Original layer of heattech is already pretty warm for the 30s-40s temperature here in NYC. The fabric is the thinnest in material. Very comfy to wear without being too stuffy on the inside. I bought two long sleeved heattech pieces today ($19.90 each). They also come in different colors and styles that might be suited to the personal taste of each and every customer. I'm not sure if they have a restroom for the public, will have to search for it next time...

However, you're buying them for a teeny tiny baby who will soon grow out of them. i don't think I care because they baby you're buying for is probably worth it. Obvi. So seriously, I walked by the store window and saw these beautiful things in the window and it was like I saw a puppy - I just had to have something. I saw the most adorable striped HALTER baby bathing suit and I thought about it and thought about it... text pictured it to a baby momma to see if she loved it and when i didn't get a response, I headed home... Well, on the subway ride home, I felt I made a terrible mistake. I kept seeing the baby bathing suit and decided I must find another just as cute option in SoHo that day... but alas, after traipsing around the West village AND SoHo, I could NOT find anything remotely as cute as this adorable adult looking but made for babies bathing suit... so I headed right back up to the Upper East Side today and snagged it with a matching sun hat. I won't tell you how much I paid though. Also, I read another person's comment about poor customer service. I'd like to say that I think this definitely depends on the day you go and who's working. Yesterday, I was met with very poor customer service, however, today, both ladies working were very accommodating. One kind sales woman went downstairs three times to get a size, find another bathing suit to show me and look for a had that would "better fit" the 8 month old I was shopping for. I appreciated this a lot. I will definitely return here to find more beautifully made baby clothes and accoutrements for my favorite little baby girl - or another lucky bundle that might steal my heart.

I called this store after finding out that I needed to buy a baby gift for a client of my company. I neither know this person nor anything about her, except that she's very pregnant and she's a lovely human being. I felt awkward about calling a 'baby place' and asking for a gift basket to be messengered. Do little babies have things messengered often? Do people who sell little exquisite baby things deal with crass people who do things like call smoky, leggy messengers to pick up petite bundles for petite bundles of joy without ever having met said bundles? I felt awkward. It's also three days before Christmas, and I can only imagine that the petite bundles of joy are filling the halls with things other than holly in this store. In fact, I imagine that the entire Upper East Side is standing there glaring at the salesperson as we discuss what to put in a basket. I have to say that the saleslady was an absolute DOLL, and so understanding; "What would you like to send in your basket?" (not that they have baskets, but because I'd asked for one, she was graciously following my lead) "Um....ionno...we just found out that she's about to have a baby, and we don't know what she's having...I'm sure SHE knows what she's having, cuz you know, it's hers....and uh...well I just don't know anything but I still have to buy something. Can you put something in a basket and let a messenger come get it? Something non gender specific? You have um, sheets? Every baby likes to poo on a good egyptian cotton, right?" She and I were crying with laughter on the phone, she was very sympathetic to my lack of baby-philic tendencies and she took care of me as smoothly as....well, you know. If I could have tipped her I would have. But I'm betting that she's beneath such things.
