She listened to my concerns and was very professional and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about her, only because I had dealings with Customer Service for the same issue and they were not willing to listen and help me to correct the issue. Pavani listened, let me speak, and corrected my issue, she did not interrupt me as I was trying to explain what happened to my order and she resolved my issue. I purchased snow boots for my daughter online for Christmas at Sugar & Jade. She opened them ON Christmas morning. They were too small. I emailed them to see if I could return to the store. They said their holiday policy is they have to be purchased in November in order to return them. I always do my holiday shopping before November especially if I see a good deal. I will never ever shop at Children/s Place or Sugar & Jade again. You lost a good customer over $20 boots. Customer Service could have cared less as well. Unbelieveable! Let me start by saying that you're only getting one star because I can't give you zero!! I have spent a lot of money with Children's Place over the years. Until now, this company has been my go to place for my children. I am highly disappointed in the way that Children's Place has handled this situation. I have sent two emails and spoken to at least 3 representatives. On August 3 I placed an order and it was expected to be delivered on August 10 through ONTRAC shipping. This order was not delivered. I reached out to Children's Place to see what my options were for this order. I was provided the number to ONTRAC by a representative. They have no option to speak with a live representative at ONTRAC. Since then I have been getting tugged between Children's Place and ONTRAC to contact the other for a resolution. Your calls are recorded, so I'm sure that you can pull the calls to listen to the conversation. I am a mail order supervisor, and while I understand that issues should be resolved with the carrier, I also know that when there's no resolve from the carrier, it is of the merchant's responsibility to resolve the issue with the customer. I was told by YOUR representative that you guys rely on the word of the carrier and while that may be true, MY CHILDREN rely on ME to be able to supply the things they need, and I relied on YOU to make sure that what I ordered AND PAID for from YOUR company would be received. I am highly disappointed in the way that Children's Place has handled the situation, and I ABSOLUTELY will not be spending any more of my money with this company. Also, I called you on Friday and was given a phone number to ONTRAC that doesn't even work. I called back to let you know that the number didn't work and of course, no one answered. This company is disgusting at the way that they treat single parents who rely on them to make sure that items are received. I placed an order for school clothes for my son that consisted of 21 items total with a total of around $240. The first order with 5 items in it shipped via UPS and I had the items in a few days with no issues. The second box was 16 items totaling to $185 and it was shipped via Lasership. When I checked the tracking for the items since it had almost been two weeks, I see the details say it was delivered at my front door about 4 days prior. I immediately checked my doorbell camera for this date and time and watched the footage. No one came to my house to deliver anything. I watched all of the footage for that day as well as two days after and no packages were ever delivered. I checked the tracking details and it shows my package was delayed to weather at 7:52pm. The next details read as follows: "9:16pm loaded onto vehicle; 9:18pm out for delivery; 9:19pm Delivered at front door". This is physically impossible as I do not live across the street from a Lasership facility, and I live pretty deep inside my neighborhood. The next day I called The Children's place and after sitting on hold for 10 minutes, they told me that it says delivered and I need to call Lasership. I called Lasership, and after sitting on hold on an annoying recorded loop about tracking items online instead of on the phone for 58 minutes someone finally answered with a terrible attitude. I explained to her what happened and she said the package is marked as lost and I should let the seller know. Then she stated they would tell the seller. I asked why the package was marked delivered if it wasn't. And I also asked why because this makes it harder for me to get my money back. I called Children's Place back and sent the email I received from Lasership and they still could not help me. The email was BS and was as vague as ever. Lasership is a crappy delivery company for those who are not familiar. They are a parcel delivery company that I honestly feel is trash. They do not seem reputable. This is not my opinion from this interaction but because I am a concierge manager at a DC high-rise and I deal with them often. It somewhat seems like they hire anyone to deliver items and do not hold them accountable for them when they fail to do the job they signed up for. I ended up asking for the manager of the person I was speaking with. The manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me I received my package even after I offered up the doorbell footage from my camera as proof that I did not receive it. I expressed I would prefer to have the items instead of a refund and she told me that she could give me a $50 coupon. I politely asked her why she thinks I would want a $50 coupon when I spent $185 on items, and I asked her to make that make sense. She asked me if I was done and I told her that I would be done when I have my items or my refund. She told me that no one here would be giving me a refund so I told her some choice words and that I would just dispute the charge on my Children's Place credit card. read more

Expressing my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your Children's Place. I have been a loyal customer of Children's Place for many years and have always enjoyed a seamless shopping experience. However, my recent order, marked as delivered, has not reached me. I have contacted your customer service team, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Like a few others here they push the responsibility to the shipper. I have contacted the shipper and nothing. The item says delivered. They cannot change or investigate. Children's place then cannot assist and does not even attempt to discuss anything with the shipper. Despite being a valued customer, I feel let down by the lack of responsibility taken by Children's Place in this matter. I understand that issues may arise with carriers, but as a customer, I expected better support and solutions from your end. I will never shop with you again!!! I called children's place today because I placed an order on the 14th for pajamas for my daughter. The delivery date got changed three times I called them because I still hadn't received the order and they let me know that I should call the shipping company got off the phone with them called the shipping company twice and was told the same answer that the item will not be delivered because they don't know where the item is it's sitting somewhere and they don't know where it is so I called the company back ask them could they please issue a replacement or refund they proceeded to tell me that I had to wait 10 full business days before the anything could be done. First of all I shouldn't have had to call the shipping company That's something that their customer service should have done I will never order from the children's place online again they will even be lucky if they catch me in the store. read more

( I paid as DEBIT not C.C)the store will only offer you store credit if you no longer have that form of payment I think that is BS. Credit cards and Debit cards do get stolen lost or what not. Most places if you pay as a DEBIT they will ask do you want cash or back on the card. BUT NOPE not this place. If I could give childrens place less than a 1 star I would. I have had a horrible experience both over the phone and also dealing with the Fordham rd/ grand concourse location. I had to call 2 times to be able to fix my problems online to customer service the first time I was on hold for 1 1/2 hours and no one ever picked up. The second time I was on hold for 50 minutes until I was finally able to somewhat get my issue resolved. I then placed and order for same day pick up and never received an email stating it was ready or unavailable. I then call the store to check on order and all they tell me is we can help you u have to wait until the person who does orders comes in. does that mean that there was no one there the previous day to do the order? Then blamed it on corporate for submitting the order to them late. They have no customer service skills. I work with retail and I have never treated my customers this bad. read more

I am very disappointed with my last few experiences. I purchased a tie on your website on 11/9, and paid $15 for express shipping (5 business days). It did not arrive in 5 days. It did not even arrive in 10 days. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not received it. When I first called to ask about this, the call taker offered me 300 "rewards points" which she said is store credit of about $15. I asked for a refund of my money since I did not get my order at all, let alone in the 5 days that I paid for. She said there was nothing else she could do and hung up on me. I called again and the person offered me 400 rewards points ($20 store credit) or a refund. I asked for a refund. I got an email saying that I would be getting refunded $4.33 from you. That is only the price of the tie I bought, not even the shipping. I paid for express shipping, which I did not get. I called again, and they said they could only give me store credit and no refund of my money. At this point, you have stolen my money and I have nothing to show fornit. Ordered some items for my daughter early April. The order arrived with a damaged item. Phone lines don't work, says they're too busy and disconnects, emailed multiple times since 4/13, no response. Messaged multiple times via Facebook, automated response that they will get back to me in 48-72 hours... no response. 47 days and nothing... I had the WORST experience with THE CHILDREN PLACE online. After getting up early in the morning to look for great savings for my kids school year, CHildrens Place as I thought was the best fit for me. After searching on their website for hours I finally placed my order and received a conformation that the order would be processed. However instead of using my own shipment address I used my mothers because I know that it would arrive in a Lock box and would be safe. However 3 hours later after placing my order I received an email back stating that my order was cancelled for no reason given, I called customer service to see what the reason behind this was and all they could tell me was we would have to submit a case to their internal department and that I should receive an email back in 24 hours in reference to why the order was cancelled. After waiting 48 hours, I decided to call customer service back to see what was going on with the case #. The representative advised me that an email was sent to me in regards to this matter. After looking at my email , I looked at the time and its the same time that me and the rep are CURRENTLYT on the phone. I asked her did she just send this email to me because it clearly states the time and a reps name. She stated yes I read it in my history and sent you the email. I said yeah as I'm talking to you, you decide to send it to me but if I hadn't called in I would have neverf received this email. So I asked her why was my money still DEBITED from my acct and she stated that it takes 72 hrs to come back on your card. I explained to her if you all didn't debit the accts until the order was filled and sent why is it still out of my ACCT. All she could tell me was a generic statement that it should be back on your card in 72 hors from the time you placed the order. Then again I explained to her that I have another case # that a previous rep gave me and she stated that the # that was given the rep never sentit off to the internal dept so it was never even processed. THIS IS THE WORST service from The Children's Place that I have received especially being that this was my 1st and LAST time ordering from them. I advised anyone not to order from them because all THE CUSTOMER service reps are OVERSEAS somewhere and the barley speak English and they get frustrated when you advise them that you don't understand what they are saying.
