I went to this booth in my local mall to get a simple embroidery done. I showed them my design which was some initials and a leaf pattern surrounding them and they told me they wouldn't be able to do the leaves which is totally fine but the way I was spoken to and treated was horrendous. There were two employees working- I spoke to the woman. After she told me she wouldn't be able to do the leaves, I asked if she had any design samples I could look at this way I can find a design I like that they would be able to complete for me. She replied with "samples of letters?" in a way that made me feel like I was stupid for asking such a question- kind of in a wise as* way. After that interaction, I decided to leave. They clearly didn't want to work with me, she was rude to me, and had no customer service skills. Also, their display items show embroidered hearts and other symbols so I truly believe my design choice could've been done but they just didn't want my money or business. read more

Never again. I asked for 4 facemasks for a kids birthday party with my kids' favorite cartoon - Duggee. The worker working the kiosk took the pictures and printed them on the facemasks. While 2 came out crooked but passable, the remaining two were dark and you could barely see the characters. I was assured by the young man working the kiosk that it was still "hot" and needed to cool down, the image would eventually brighten. After taking the masks home the images never did. After calling to complain the young man told me to come back and he'd make me new ones. After taking the trip back he made me two additional masks, these were different with filters. The images looked better, so I took them home. Wore the masks for 2 minutes at the party and the cheap filters on them popped right out, rendering the mask useless. By the way, the 4 cheap and useless facemasks cost me $67. pass on this place, it sucks. read more

I had decided just to have the company name printed on the shirt because our logo was slightly detailed and a little large. The woman who helped me convinced me that she would do it and I would love it. I agreed, and was sorry as soon as I left the place. I had myself believing I was going to be sorry, and that I'd need to have my shirts redone. She was right. When I picked them up the next day, the shirts looked fantastic. I'm very happy with the results. This was not the first time I went there, and it will not be the last. My photo is not the best. I think you need to zoom in to really appreciate the colors on the logo. But I tell you, I am very pleased with the results. read more

Came here to get a design printed on two sweatshirts. Let me start off the review with saying the sweatshirts came out great. I'm not sure how long the lettering will last, but can update my review after a few washes. I am giving them three stars for customer service and experience. Honestly, the employees are a bit short and do not try to work with you. I had showed one of the ladies two designs and she shot both down (she almost seemed as if she was laughing at herself, like how did this lady think this was going to look good on a sweatshirt). Also, I was told one price.. but was not told that it is more when you pay with card until AFTER the printing was done. Given, it was just a few dollars more.. but shouldnt the customer be fully aware of the price before the service is complete. All in all, I probably wouldnt come back. read more

With all the craziness going on in today's climate my good friend started a charity to honor black lives. I called within two hours of needing custom color shirts I thought the task was not on the impossible but a lot to ask of someone. I was greeted with a friendly voice, a positive attitude, and " no problem we'll get it done " not only did she help in making us so ecstatically over the moon she contributed to a huge cause very personal to my heart. We raised over $10,000 and plan on partnering in the future. The next morning after showing the founder the seven shirts we had printed the day of the event I hesitantly called wondering if there any possible way to print 10 more T-shirts in 30 minutes. Again I was greeted with a oh okay sweetie I'll get it done for you pick them up in an hour. I so appreciate you I would recommend using this company for any of her needs.. The communication and making sure the product was up to my needs and what I wanted was absolutely seamless there aren't enough good things that I can say but if you're hesitant in ordering call for it 1000% Thank you guys again so so much!!!!!!!!!! read more

If I had a choice, I would have gone somewhere else. The women is just so rude. I went to get names embroidered on some clothes. The women never showed me any font size or size, but just said "script." She didn't even look at the clothes at first, so I took it out to show her where I wanted the name and when I tried to tell her... she just said "always on the left." Okay..., so I leave it to her since she doesn't respond well or want to give me any options. I go back and the name is way too big... I guess it was my fault for trusting her. She didn't even greet me and never bothered to show me the finished product... she practically throws my bag to me. It was overall an unpleasant experience. read more

The young girl that works in this kiosk seems upset. She has an attitude and makes one feel uncomfortable. I was promised my item would be completed the following day. When I called the other elder woman told me it's not ready to call back tomorrow. The convenience of being in the mall led me here. Will I recommend them? Initially when I called them a lady gave me a set price ($15 for lunch bag and blanket) once I got there this younger girl gave me a different price. She had also mentioned that the monogram on the blanket would be bigger than the one for the lunch bag, but unfortunately they were both the same size. I was definitely scam! This kiosk is great! I have bought many gifts here over the years (especially personalized baby blankets for friends' newborn children). The staff are sweet, helpful, and professional and do a great job. They embroider the blankets very quickly so you can get everything done in one trip. I will be back soon for more gifts. read more

Long story short, I brought my twins' first Christmas pajamas here to have their names embroidered on them. The owner was very rude on two occasions when I tried to retrieve them- first claiming that she was too tired to get them done right away, and then that her back hurt too much to look for them (I'd already paid, btw). Finally, on my third attempt to pick up my items, she couldn't find them and then accused me of having already picked them up. These pajamas are no longer available in-store or online, and I'm out $100. Extremely frustrated, disappointed, and I absolutely DO NOT recommend. read more

Worth every penny! After years of having mismatched Christmas stockings with cheap glitter names that kept flaking off, I finally decided to purchase new ones at Everything Embroidered. Even though they're just a kiosk location, they had a great selection to choose from, and offered attentive customer service. They worked with me to find just the right font for each name, switching it up for one or two that had odd capital letters. Certainly not worth the money. Simple embroidery to knit hats and they charge $30 each. Their is plastic backing left all over the finished product. Strings and untied ends that i have to go back and cut off and trim in order to make it look right. Still has fray ends all over the place. They didn't quote how much it was and I get this type of quality not even straight or symmetrical. Awful, never again. read more

Would never come to this kiosk again. Owner is quite possibly the rudest person I have had the displeasure to deal with. Item was so off centered it was noticeable from ten feet away. Refused to acknowledge the mistake and swore it was perfect. Took forever to get her to agree to redo item. Refused to give me any kind of receipt to memorialize the transaction so I could pick up the item the next day. Wouldn't redo it while I was there because she has already moving on to next job. Never again. Stay away. No posted prices, seems to make then up as she goes along. read more

My least favorite embroidery shop in the Bergen county area. I was very excited because originally I was told that it would be $20 to monogram a set of queen bed sheets on the top sheet and two pillow cases. When I dropped them off immediately the owner started adding on things like "it will not look good that small" which she was referring to 4 inches wide of monogramming and said 8. 8 inches was going to be $60 which I thought was outrageous. I talked down the price to $45 and left my sheets and went on my way. When I got home I realized 8 inches would be way to big so I called and had it changed to 4 which I was informed would be $20. She agreed and I was pleased because I would be saving money and they would look nice. I go to pick them up and not only i wasn't reimbursed for getting the smaller size but they weren't even 4 inches. They were 6 inches and I got charged for 8. I brought this to her attention and she did nothing. I would not recommend this. Not only was I scammed but overcharged and she disobeyed my instruction. I wouldn't recommend this to my greatest enemy. And a poor job thy did there are a lot of spots they missed. read more
