The woman who helped me convinced me that she would do it and I would love it. I agreed, and was sorry as soon as I left the place. I had myself believing I was going to be sorry, and that I'd need to have my shirts redone. She was right. When I picked them up the next day, the shirts looked fantastic. I'm very happy with the results. This was not the first time I went there, and it will not be the last. My photo is not the best. I think you need to zoom in to really appreciate the colors on the logo. But I tell you, I am very pleased with the results.

I showed them my design…read morewhich was some initials and a leaf pattern surrounding them and they told me they wouldn't be able to do the leaves which is totally fine but the way I was spoken to and treated was horrendous. There were two employees working- I spoke to the woman. After she told me she wouldn't be able to do the leaves, I asked if she had any design samples I could look at this way I can find a design I like that they would be able to complete for me. She replied with "samples of letters?" in a way that made me feel like I was stupid for asking such a question- kind of in a wise as* way. After that interaction, I decided to leave. They clearly didn't want to work with me, she was rude to me, and had no customer service skills. Also, their display items show embroidered hearts and other symbols so I truly believe my design choice could've been done but they just didn't want my money or business.

This is the best place to go for any type of alterations. The owner is amazing. She does amazing…read morework and always has it done when you need it. I have had every bridesmaid dress I've worn altered here, but when I was getting married didn't go with my gut to come here. I was thinking I needed to go to a bridal salon. I was wrong!!! The bridal salon I went to did not do what I wanted. I ended up taking the dress home and after looking at it more, realized they changed the whole dress and it's not the same, not the look I wanted when I bought the dress. I went to Belma 3 days before I was leaving for my wedding. She was able to fix it along with some other features the other place said they could not fix. I love my dress again and I'm so happy! I wish I went there from the beginning.

Terrible attitude, unhelpful, and won't fix what she screws up…read more I never write reviews, but don't come here for mens jackets. I've been to this shop a couple times for pants, but this time I brought a Military Dress Uniform Jacket to get taken in for a more tailored look. After I was fitted and pinned, I said I need the jacket in two weeks. 2 days later I called to ask if the jacket could be done in one week so that I could come in and make sure no adjustments needed to be made. I was told this was not possible and that two weeks is what she said, so two weeks is what I would get. At two weeks I went in and as I feared, it was too tight in the upper back and shoulder area, and when asked if she could let it out a bit she said "theres nothing I can do for this." The material has nowhere to go, so it folds up at the bottom of the collar and forms a lip, and it is extremely tight if I bring my arms up from my side at all. So now I have a very formal military even to attend with a jacket that is too tight and uncomfortable, even when I brought the jacket in 3 weeks early in case of any issues. She knew my timeline and that this needed to look perfect, and then when something wasn't right, she wanted no business in fixing the screw up. Very bad at taking criticism in an industry where it is all about criticism until the costumer feels comfortable in THEIR expensive clothing, and fits how THEY need it to. Never coming back here, a huge waste of $85 and a $200 military coat ruined.

Their inventory of shirts, sweaters, crew necks, tumblers and tote bags are wide variety and colorful and high quality as well. Their colors on the print outs pop and look surreal. Their prices are excellent regardless the size you are making. Their turn around time is also top notch. Depending when in the morning you do before the cut off, it will be ready by end of the day if you have that last minute idea to create. More over they have expedited service for a last minute thing at a reasonable price that does not break the bank. They also have free heat press machines on sight to use after one pays for their shirts and gang sheet print outs - already set to the degree of heat needed for the press to go on the material without a problem. The best part of all - the guys here are welcoming , very kind, gentle with all of the creators that walk in, understanding and excellent teachers. Their graphic design skills are top notch. My wife worked with Josef and Akkus (hope spelled names right) and they were so knowledgeable and sweet with her. She had a problem with a design and they walked her through the problem, repaired the image but taught her how to use one of the tools they use - canva. Those are two great guys and there is no price tag for their patience. I suggest to my creative friends to use this service here ASAP. It will give you peace of mind, high quality, and save you time.
