I saw My Custom Shirts from a Google and Yelp search and thought, "let's give it a shot!" We ordered 50 printed shirts and all turned around within a week. They came out great and got rave reviews and compliments from our volunteers and all involved. A few details about the service: The team at My Custom was very accommodating and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The price was very affordable per shirt. Something that I realized that was key in deciding to go with them is that you do not need a minimum order of shirts to get printed. You do need a high res design though (300 ppi should do). Terrible attitude, unhelpful, and won't fix what she screws up…read more I never write reviews, but don't come here for mens jackets. I've been to this shop a couple times for pants, but this time I brought a Military Dress Uniform Jacket to get taken in for a more tailored look. After I was fitted and pinned, I said I need the jacket in two weeks. 2 days later I called to ask if the jacket could be done in one week so that I could come in and make sure no adjustments needed to be made. I was told this was not possible and that two weeks is what she said, so two weeks is what I would get. At two weeks I went in and as I feared, it was too tight in the upper back and shoulder area, and when asked if she could let it out a bit she said "theres nothing I can do for this." The material has nowhere to go, so it folds up at the bottom of the collar and forms a lip, and it is extremely tight if I bring my arms up from my side at all. So now I have a very formal military even to attend with a jacket that is too tight and uncomfortable, even when I brought the jacket in 3 weeks early in case of any issues. She knew my timeline and that this needed to look perfect, and then when something wasn't right, she wanted no business in fixing the screw up. Very bad at taking criticism in an industry where it is all about criticism until the costumer feels comfortable in THEIR expensive clothing, and fits how THEY need it to. Never coming back here, a huge waste of $85 and a $200 military coat ruined.

I received back the curtain panels and 3 out of the 4 are not straight across the bottom where she hemmed them. When I looked them over in the store she assured me that they were straight once I hung them up it would straighten out. I brought them home and put them up and they look awful because you can clearly see one side of the panel is shorter than the other. Now it's too late to do anything as the panels have already been altered and she did a botched job. She has an attitude and does not seem very friendly to fix the situation.
