Another extremely poor experience with FedEx. This is the second time I've personally gone in and…read morethe manager has had me leave to change my package. First time was a paper carton that has hand holds on the side. I had completely taped over them. I have no fear of using a lot of tape!! She said they were still there and it's a no. She'd be happy to repack it for me for @$20. It was $8 worth of books. This time I had sold a very high end set of Nikes. Brown papered the box, completely taped it, label, taped the sticker label to make sure. She said no brown paper. I suggested she touch the brown paper. It ALL under the tape. Not good enough for her. Had to go home again to repack. I honestly think it's because I'm white that she hates me..... if I can, I'll never use FedEx ever!!
