I did not experience that in your Westwood store on 8/13/21 in the late afternoon. Overall I gave this store 2 stars. 4 stars for having unique inventory, 1 star for customer service / sales. I was picking up a takeout order from a restaurant across the street & decided I would check out what the store had to offer before picking up the food. I was dressed in shorts, t-shirt & flip flops. I didn't realize I would be judged while browsing in a shoe store. I tried on 1 pair that did not fit. Then I tried on a pair of buttery soft suede flats that fit & asked the cost since they were on sale. The saleswoman replied "very expensive". I felt like the scene in Pretty Woman. I was so caught off guard I couldn't reply other than to ask the cost again. I tried on another pair of shoes (suede sneakers) and they were perfect. When I said I would take both pairs, the saleswoman said "you're taking both!" with a surprised gasp. Despite not wanting to give her the over $600 sale, I loved the 2 pairs of shoes & had to have them. That saleswoman was so snobby & judgmental. I love the shoes but am so disappointed by her behavior.

Sofia (the owner) has such a great and gorgeous collection of clothes, shoes, and accessories. Hands down one of the best vintage clothing stores in north Jersey. Definitely check it out if you live in the north Jersey/Manhattan area. She also has contemporary items that are so cool and different than generic store bought clothes. I fell in love with almost everything I picked up. I bought 7 pairs of clothes and today was just my first time there. Sofia is such a sweetheart; she gave me a great discount. She also just doesn't try to convince you to buy things just for the sake of making a sale. She helps you out in ways that you can make the outfit work. And if it isn't gonna work, she tells you. However this inside of this location seemed a bit disorganized as there were boxes and bags everywhere. Also I've noticed these discount stores seem to allow everyone to bring their dogs in. I am a huge dog lover but your barking out of control doodle which is clearly not a trained service dog has zero business being in a store. There are ample amounts of clothes and shoes and accessories but it does take some time to sift through what you are looking for. I would say 60/40 of the store has a good deal if you are knowing where to look.
