Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific type of shoe I needed, but whenever I've come here to shop for clothes, jewelry, sunglasses, or skincare products, I've found high-quality items and brands at very good prices. This is probably one of the most chaotic Nordstrom rack locations I have ever been to. The line is…read moresimilar to that of a home goods and is always mobbed no matter what day or time you are there. I was here to pick up an online order which was decently efficient. However this inside of this location seemed a bit disorganized as there were boxes and bags everywhere. Also I've noticed these discount stores seem to allow everyone to bring their dogs in. I am a huge dog lover but your barking out of control doodle which is clearly not a trained service dog has zero business being in a store. There are ample amounts of clothes and shoes and accessories but it does take some time to sift through what you are looking for. I would say 60/40 of the store has a good deal if you are knowing where to look.

Fern, the best sales person ever, has discovered my style and always finds the most appropriate dresses to meet my needs. The dresses are stylish and classy. The owners are always welcoming and friendly. I've brought friends with me who cannot get over how great this shop is. There's nothing like it in my town or surrounding areas. I will continue to shop at the Engle shop!

The Shops at Riversides provide mostly high ends brands in the mall. Pottery Barn, Jimmy Choo, LV…read moreetc. The price range is on the higher end. There are also many restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and True Food Kitchen. There's a ramen store coming in soon. In addition, you can enjoy some entertainment like AMC in the mall. Barnes and Nobles is another great place to visit for books and small items. Overall a great place to hang out for an afternoon or weekends. The staff are nice. It's very clean and spacious. Decoration is always sparkly.

I truly only visit The Shops at Riverside when I have dining reservations at one of the many…read morerestaurants there. There are times when I arrive early though like yesterday and the mall provides a very relaxing ambiance to simply walk and browse. One half of the mall has been redone and the aesthetic is chefs kiss! High end shops that all look like they could be flagship locations and peaceful water sculptures and lots of seating to lounge around and sip a nice coffee. It's typically not very busy in the mall area during the week but it does get busier on the weekend. A nice option for shopping and dining if you're ever in the area and if you want to escape the craziness of Garden State Plaza or something more upscale than Bergen Town Center.
