When my…read morelaptop screen went dark, I took it to the store because I had a great prior experience with my husband's phone and a data transfer issue with my phone. He knew exactly what I needed in both previous visits and that's what he gave me .. the assistance I needed. Great guy to work with ... so knowledgeable, courteous, polite and re-assuring that there is a solution. So, I knew my laptop was in good hands. He diagnosed the problem, almost immediately, and delivered the good news, while I waited. Then he gave me my options and described the service that would be provided and the cost involved. He did not pressure me in any way, he left it up to me. I decided to go ahead and he indicated that as soon as he got the screen in, he would notify me and the repair should not take more than 24 hours, once the screen was received. And that is exactly what happened. The screen came in sooner than expected and my laptop was ready the next day at noon!! Juan went through all the repair details and saved me a ton of money!!
