They`re incredible. My surface book doesn`t work. i paid $2000 for surface book two years, it was pretty expensive and hinge connector wasn`t work. So i was using only tablet mode. Wow. This guy is super genuine. My computer went down earlier this week displaying bsod errors and artifacts on screen. I got in contact with Rafal via Yelp messaging and he told me to come in. Once i was at his shop he was looking over my comp and asked if I tried using my warranty for it yet. I replied no and he said I should prbly reach out to HP so they could do all the repairwork for free so i wouldnt have to pay anything. He couldve totally bamboozled me out of some money but I love that he told me straight out what to do instead. I found this place on Google after lasting hours searching for a good place to fix my computers. I check the reviews on this place I was exited, so I have them a call and told him what I needed they welcomed me in. I took my Apple desktop to upgrade the hard drive and add more ram and do minor updates. I also took a Mac Book I bought with water damage, the person I got the computer told me that apple was trying to charge him almost what he payed for the laptop to get it fixed. I took a gamble and bought it from him. I took it to this place as well and I told them it had water damage and if it can be fixed they said he can fix anything I trusted his word. I told him to update the ram and the hard drive and so he did. After a few days I went back and both desktop and laptops where working new. I was really happy with how much everything came out to. My laptop was a bit of a mess, and I took it there fully expecting to be told that it would be better to buy a new one rather than pay to fix it. He kept the computer for 2 days and ran all sorts of diagnostics, and didn't find anything. He did, however, suggest a couple of programs that may have been incompatible and that I could try deleting one if I had the subscription information just in case. He was right! My laptop (2.5 years old) is working great again. The best part: he only charged me $40 for the extensive diagnostics! This is a clean shop with a knowledgeable, friendly and polite proprietor. I was building a new system and was having serious issues with the motherboards (3 of them in succession) so I knew it was probably me missing something.
