Wow! The best service I ever got! Raf was very helpful and understood the problem. He immediately contacted me via text message even though I am deaf. He explained what went wrong with my laptop, it was the Windows Update files corruption and told me that my hard drive was slow (he explained why). I asked him if he could get me a new hard drive which he did. I bought it home and my laptop running beautifully like a brand new. Raf is a great communicator and will provide timely updates unprompted. I always felt like I knew what was going on and never had to pester for an ETA. I also received communications outside of normal working hours, which just speaks to their commitment here. Booting up my computer, I saw that he had been very meticulous in his work and went the extra mile to ensure everything was tidy and just the way I had wanted it. I am very pleased with the quality of service from Supreme Computer Solutions. Last year after a severe thunderstorm and power outage our 8 year old iMac computer died. We took it into Apple and they said there was no way to fix it we should just buy a new one. We didn't want to do this because only our kids were using it and didn't want to spend the money for a new one. We brought it to Rafal and he fixed it in 24 hours for a very reasonable price! This year our two-year-old toddler smashed the screen with the mouse- Again we took it to Apple and they said we should buy a new iMac as it was not worth repairing and it would be impossible to get the parts as they are no longer made. I called Rafal and he very quickly ordered the part ( that Apple said was no longer available) and replaced the screen. My daughter spilled water on her Macbook Air back in January and we took it to Apple. Well they told us they would have to send it out and no guarantee it could be fixed and if they could it would be very expensive....So we took it to Raf at Supreme Computer solutions and he was able to dry it out for us and changed the battery....well through no fault of his the battery started draining in September as soon as she got back to school in Ct....I called Raf and even on a day that he did not intend on being in the store until 4 came in at noon changed the battery for us at no cost and we were on our way! After accidently cracking my macbook screen I searched everywhere for the best and cheapest option for a quick fix. Supreme Computer Solutions was hands down the cheapest and best local option I could find out there. They were extremely helpful on the phone when I inquired about estimates and repair time and even nicer when I dropped off my laptop in person. They called me prior to fixing to let me know the exact pricing for the repair (which was right on target with the estimate they had given me earlier) and had the computer ready to pick up by the next day. All together the fix came to $250 (including tax) which is great compared to the Apple Store's $700 and many other local businesses who charged in the $300-500 range. Supreme Computer Solutions is the best computer fix it store, no question, in this area! If you go anywhere else I can assure you, you're either sacrificing time, money or files needlessly. When my brand new laptop crashed Best Buy quoted me two weeks to repair a hard drive, I have a protection plan with them so I had no choice. However, I'm in a competitive Masters Program and I can't be without a computer for any extended period of time. I had my three year old Vaio that I hadn't used since July of 2013. It had crashed and instead of fixing it I had bought a new computer, which was my first mistake. Thinking that maybe I could fix my old laptop, I began looking into prices. To repair my old computer I spoke with Best Buy, local retailers and MicroCenter in Paterson, and most places quoted me $100 just to diagnose the problem! Forget about actually fixing it and Best Buy told me three weeks, Microcenter told me a month and the time frames kept growing. Supreme Computer Solutions quoted me $40 to perform a diagnostic test and told me they could give me the computer back within 48 hours. I was actually informed that the diagnostic portion of my repair could be done same day and the full repair would be done within a 48 hour period. I was skeptical but I felt like it was an older computer and this was definitely the best price and time frame I'd heard, so I gave it a shot. The three year old laptop that I dropped off, hadn't been powered on since July 2013. When I did turn it on, it would just go straight to a black screen with a blinking cursor. I dropped it off on a Thursday evening and I got a call back to pick it up the next day! It took one day to fix my computer and even though I anticipated a high cost, the computer was fixed for $110. If I knew there was such a reliable place to drop off my computer and get it fixed within such a reasonable time frame then perhaps this summer I could have just fixed this computer instead of springing for a new one. For $110, which included one day of labor and all parts and services, my computer came back to me in perfect working order with the original operating system reloaded, Microsoft Word and Excel Starter, and he was kind enough to reload my Mozilla Firefox, Itunes and Anti-virus. A program was also loaded which allows me to monitor my Hard drive for any other problems. Don't waste time with corporate places that don't care, the owner is the nicest guy. He shook my hand, he looked me in the eye and he didn't treat me like just another customer. Plus he does everything, data retrieval, screen repair, broken apple screens, he's just a pro. I have never written a yelp review before, but this place was so amazing I had to give them the props they deserve. I dropped off a laptop with a shattered screen to Raf an hour before he closed shop on a Wednesday night. It was my very first day of grad school and I told him how important it was I have my laptop so I could do homework. He totally understood and said the earlier he could have it was Saturday since he had to order the new screen. 24 hours later on Thursday night I get a text from Raf saying the part came early and my laptop was ready to be picked up! He even stayed open late so I could come get it that night!! I chose Supreme Computer from the past reviews ratings. I'm glad I did. Fantastic service and communication. I had dropped my ipad on the cement garage floor by accident and it had several small cracks on the corner. I dropped it off late on a Tuesday and picked it up late on Thursday. They called me twice to inform me my iPad was completed. The price quoted in advance was the price I was charged and they even knocked $10.00 off the price because the aluminum back cover corner was dented and they could not get it perfect. I would definitely recommend coming here! I am a college student and my laptop, pushing on 6+ years, crashed on me one day. I was able to bring my laptop here, have all my information restored, and have a laptop that is basically brand new, all within a couple of days. This is the first review I am doing, but he really deserves it. I came in on a wensday with my laptop not starting up. I guessed it was one of my hard drives but was not sure. He took a quick look at it, and agreed with me, its probably the hard drive or even something more. He asked if I wanted normal time to diagnose my laptop, which is only 48 hours. I thought that was already extreamly short as I'm used to waiting weeks for a report. I was extreamly suprised when I got an email from him, not just the next day, but around 9 am. He told me one of the hard drives were completley dead. I was worried at first because I did not know if it was replaceable, or if it was an easy fix. He assured me, he could replace it but didn't even stop there. He gave me 4 options that I could take. I chose the option to replace the dead hard drive and keep my other one installed. This is the best part. It only took him about a day to fully repair my laptop. This includes ordering the correct hard drive for my laptop, as he didn't have it in stock. I highly reccomend this place to anyone needing any type of laptop repairs. The man there is very nice, and focuses on the best route to getting your computer fixed as soon as possible. read more

Simply amazing. Helpful, supportive, and responsive. I had several hardware configuration issues with my laptop, including a non-responsive touch pad and problems with my headphones. I was unsure if it was a driver or hardware issue. They solved both issues within a matter of minutes and didn't even charge! Great service. On top of that, I realized my headphone issue was due to wear on the laptop port but, with some experimentation in the store, I found out using a different pair of headphones may temporarily solve the problem. They had some very affordable skull candy headphones which I decided to purchase and (a) they fixed the issue with my laptop, and (b) they sound 1000 times better than my old headphones. I was devastated when I came home to a broken macbook screen one night after work. None of my family members wanted to fess up to breaking it so I knew I had to go on a search for a reasonable price to fix my computer. Because I have the retina screen macbook I knew it would probably be costly, but I saw the reviews for Supreme Computer Solutions on yelp and decided to give them a call. I hadn't got a quote from Apple yet but I feel like Ralph gave me a fair price and also said they would have a loaner computer for me to use while my macbook was in repair and I was sold. I brought my computer in for service on a Wednesday afternoon and Ralph sent me a text on Friday afternoon to come pick up my computer. He told me over the phone it would take probably 3-5 days to fix, but it only took 2 days!!! I am currently typing this review on my newly fixed macbook and my screen looks better than ever. I went to Apple to fix my computer a couple of years back because my sister spilled soda and they fixed my screen for free because it had marks on it, but gave me the computer back with missing pixels. The missing pixels is something that has really bothered me and now at least I no longer have missing pixels. I am so grateful I found this place and I will be coming to them for service from now on. As a follow-up, Supreme Computer did not inform me they were selling me a 12 year-old reconditioned computer! I never would have purchased an antique computer, knowing the technological problems that would ensue, which they have. For a few hundred dollars more, I would have bought a new computer. The adaptor even became fried and Supreme Computer said they would obtain a new adaptor, but, dropped the ball on that, too. After paying $100 to fix the problem of the computer disconnecting from the internet every 3 minutes, the same problem exists. Now, the computer just freezes up and I can't even close it down the proper way in order to re-boot. I have to press the "off" switch, which further jeopardizes the computer. The computer is a POS. Lesson learned: Never buy a used computer. read more

Starting classes next week, and not being able to currently afford a MacBook, I desperately needed my virus-filled laptop that hasn't been used in probably 2, 2.5 years, repaired and updated. I asked on Facebook, and a friend from HS recommended Supreme. He spoke extremely highly of them, and their efficient services. I dropped off my laptop that afternoon (Wednesday), and spoke with the lovely young lady at the front desk. I explained to her I'm not exactly tech savvy, but these were the issues. She went over everything that would be done, quoted me a FANTASTIC price, and assured me nothing additional would be done/added/etc without them calling for permission first. Yesterday morning (Friday), I received an email from Rafal, and he told me it was all finished! I went after work to pick it up, and couldn't believe that it was MY laptop! My two year old Dell was not starting up in the morning and was emitting 4 short beeps. I tried a number of things to get it started, but to no avail. I found Supreme Computer Solutions on Yelp, but since it was a Sunday I contacted them by email. By Monday morning there was already an email response and I brought the computer in Monday night. When I called the next day, Rafal, the proprietor, told me the computer started just fine and that he ran a number of diagnostics and everything was fine. He kept the machine another day to make sure the computer continued to behave, and I picked it up the following night. They charged me for one hour of time at the reasonable rate of $40 and told me that that would be credited against any cost if the problem repeated. This is exactly what I would have hoped from an honest and competent small business person, and I can only imagine what an unscrupulous shop would have done and said.
