I have spent countless hours/days/months to find a real product distributer, and not just a bulk reseller (the people that would buy from companies like OEM Experts, then sell the product to you for a profit, leaving you with minimal to no margin). With OEM Experts you get a real person that you can all and ask any and all kinds of questions that pop up along the way. My OEM Experts rep is Bobby, and he's been my go to guy to ask anything from "hey, what is the best way to price and place sell this?" to "I'm having a hard time selling/getting this listed on Amazon, do you know what I need to do". So far he has been able to help me getting unlocked with different brands, and has been there to provide some coaching. When I first did some digging to verify OEM Experts validity, I was not able to find many reviews, so it made it a little difficult to decide if I should give them a shot. I placed and received my first order in less than one week, even with snowstorm and holiday rush. sales team is very attentive and sincerely interested in building long term relationships. I had a great experience with oem experts. I contacted them at first via phone and email. I went to their location and i must admit was a bit overwhelmed. But they have a system to everything and explained everything. I feel i learned alot and with that info i can now hit the ground running.
