Coming into this appointment I didn't know what to expect and I didn't expect to leave with a dress purchase, especially since it was my 1st ever wedding dress appointment! Funny enough, I did not like any of the dresses that were on my vision board, due to this Dolores figured out my style rather quickly. She was kind, understanding, and she listened to my needs and wants. She asked me my budget, my bra size, pants size, tops size, etc. I felt extremely comfortable with her I could go on and on about how fantastic she was. When I found "the dress" she put veils on me and crowns to try and also gave me a bouquet to practice walking down the aisle. It was such an amazing experience. My dress I felt was very affordable ($2795) not including shipping. But as a plus size woman I expected to pay a lot more. Thank you for my wonderful experience.

Christina accommodated many appointments and stayed late when the appointment ran late. I'm giving three stars SOLELY because of my experience with alternations. I was told before I bought my dress that altering the sleeves would be no problem. So I said yes to the dress because I was told the sleeves could be changed and was super excited. During my first fitting I was told by the seamstress that the sleeves couldn't be altered the way I was told they could. And if I wanted them like that I wouldn't be able to move my arms. If this was explained to be before buying the dress, I probably would've thought twice about that particular dress. (I would've undoubtedly bought my dress from Sister's Bridal because the service and selection was great). The alterations were very stressful and took 4, maybe 5, fittings to get the sleeves to look semi like what I was originally told (I live an hour+ away, and had to leave work early for many of these appointments). And the seamstress seemed VERY bothered by my alteration request. One my wedding day it was a disappointment with the way the custom alterations looked. The sleeves were uneven. One side held higher on my shoulder and the other wouldn't hold on my shoulder, it was lower on my arm. I can see this in every single forward facing picture from my wedding day. I can't even explain how disappointing that is. It wasn't how I was wearing it either. One side was altered differently and when I tried to move the other side down, material folded awkwardly. When I tried to move the lower side up, it pulled too much and wouldn't stay. Trust me, I tried! So, my advice is buy a dress you love 100% as is and IF you want custom alternations, have the actual seamstress there to say it can be done before buying the dress.

Okay, I wrote a glowing review at first because the process (not necessarily the prices) was so…read moreeasy here. However, the issues with the dresses once they came in for a number of the bridesmaids seemed to never stop. Let's start with quality. It wasn't good. Not only was my dress of poor quality and felt cheap (even though it was over $200). Some were fraying at the seems when we Got them. My dress had a slit that ended up ripping ON THE WAY TO THE CHURCH. I had it on for literally 5 minutes when it ripped. Next, sizing. Some bridesmaids' dresses were either too large or too small. I had to order 3 sizes larger than my normal when measured at this location at the employee's recommendation. No biggie but when the dress came in on man was there a whole lot of extra fabric. The chest area alone was so large that I could have stored snacks in there during the wedding if I left it as is. I had to get a seamstress to completely alter the top of my dress so it would fit, maybe taking out 2 inches from each side of the chest area, removing the cups all together and then having to figure out a way to roll over the fabric over the poor quality boning that lined the front of the dress as it created a weird rolling of the lining on the outside of the dress. It was almost a different top from when we started. Timing. We were told the dresses would come in at an estimated time frame obviously month out, time frame was like a few weeks grace period, and as that time neared the end, we still hadn't heard anything. They didn't return my calls about this but called the bride instead. She didn't give you her money for this dress, I did so I don't know why you were calling her back instead of me. From quality alone, I don't think I would order from this place again. I know they don't make the dresses but with the amount of issues from the dress once I paid for it just never seemed to end.

She was not only professional, but so caring and really funny. She made the entire experience very enjoyable and she truly listened to the bride-to-be to find the style that would fit her body and her vision the most. Even though it was the end of our appointment, Bonita went searching for one more gown and miraculously enough, found THE ONE. Her dedication and thoughtfulness was truly appreciated! We tried to speak to the manager about options and we were going to buy the new dress here too. She was so unsympathetic and would do nothing. I asked if maybe she could give us a discount on the new dress since we would be buying a second dress there. All she did was give us websites where we could sell the dress when it comes in June 2027. She then tried to pressure us telling us we had only a few days to order a new dress. The managers poor customer service is having them lose a sale on the second dress. I also have another daughter and when she gets married we will not be going there. Jaehee you need to hire better managers who care about their customers. I do want to add that our consultant David was wonderful

We canceled our appointment and never stepped foot in the store. A bridal appointment should feel exciting and supportive. This first interaction felt the opposite.

(After going to so many shops, friends and family stopped wanting to hit the road with me, so the first time I put on my dress it was just me, my mom, and a couple sales associates). The boutique itself is small, but don't let that fool you they have the best selection. A variety of dress fits, colors, and styles - a little something for everyone. Since it is on the smaller side, you essentially have the place to yourself which was a huge win!
