There is a wide variety of classes available, from toddler to adult, and I had incredible instruction in ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, and more during my time there. The teachers are always looking to spice things up, and we often took field trips to NYC and other locations to challenge ourselves and become stronger dancers. The store Centre Stage has the cutest items- they change the inventory quite a bit- and I never bought my shoes or leotards anywhere else. As a dancer, I always felt it was better to purchase my items at a place that really knows dance, and that is Centre Stage. Nothing but great things to say about this place.

The prices are very fair and they even had some shoes on clearance. Character shoes seemed to range from $40-$80. I received very friendly customer service and I was appreciative of the help and advice. One thing I really liked is that they did not try to rush me or force me to choose quickly. They also did not try to push me into buying the more expensive option. Instead, they offered to put shoes on hold for me so that I could think about it and come back if I needed to since I was in between two styles. Another thing I liked is that they had a wood floor inserted into the room with a ballet barre so that people can properly get the feel of a shoe on a dance floor. They also have a bathroom which is always nice. Overall, I highly recommend this dance store! It is so refreshing to find a good one with friendly employees, fair prices, and a wide selection.

The woman took a look at the one pair I had and said "this is not the timeframe for it." they were sweater boots, not sure why she thinks they are not fall items. The other pair was a pair of Cole haan boots that retail new for $130, I wore maybe once, she told me the price and I questioned that it was really all she thought she could get for them, without saying anything else she looked at me and said "I don't want your items" and closed the boxes. I've never dealt with anyone more rude in my life. Would not recommend shopping here.
