The young man that worked with us (I didn't get his name) was patient and super knowledgeable. He bought out about 5 pairs of sneakers each for my husband and I to try on. We went on a Saturday at just the right time as it got super crowded right after we arrived. There is metered street parking right out front and some really cool shops on the same block. Go check them out, get fitted for good sneakers and take care of your feet!

I did not experience that in your Westwood store on 8/13/21 in the late afternoon. Overall I gave this store 2 stars. 4 stars for having unique inventory, 1 star for customer service / sales. I was picking up a takeout order from a restaurant across the street & decided I would check out what the store had to offer before picking up the food. I was dressed in shorts, t-shirt & flip flops. I didn't realize I would be judged while browsing in a shoe store. I tried on 1 pair that did not fit. Then I tried on a pair of buttery soft suede flats that fit & asked the cost since they were on sale. The saleswoman replied "very expensive". I felt like the scene in Pretty Woman. I was so caught off guard I couldn't reply other than to ask the cost again. I tried on another pair of shoes (suede sneakers) and they were perfect. When I said I would take both pairs, the saleswoman said "you're taking both!" with a surprised gasp. Despite not wanting to give her the over $600 sale, I loved the 2 pairs of shoes & had to have them. That saleswoman was so snobby & judgmental. The Store manager insisted on repairing the shoes even though I continued to ask for a new pair.
