A thrifty, antique lovers dream! We stopped by on a Friday evening and spent a very long time…read moreperusing this filled-to-the-brim shop. I can't speak to their usual hours, but I believe there was an art festival that just began that night, so the shop had extended hours. The owner was so kind, helpful, friendly, fun, warm and informative. Nothing was priced, and I was a little worried I would get a crazy total at the end when I went to check out, but nope! Every single thing was incredibly reasonable. It is one of those shops where you really have to hunt, do a few laps and walkthroughs and take your time. She had clothes, bags, wall art, dishes, jewelry... you name it. I left with a seashell trinket dish, a Stangl speckled plate and a cat jar/candle that I picked up for a friend. She even wrapped that up separately because she heard me say it was a gift. There were several other shops and art galleries in this lot, but not everyone was open when we stopped in. There is a parking lot! But it's not too big so you might have to find a spot elsewhere on a busy day. I can't wait to come back for more treasures.

What a fun place! This little area has several shops in one parking lot. I purchased a few things…read morefrom Boyd's and then met the owners of the glass shop. Everyone was so friendly and nice! There are some beautiful antiques, art and Murano glass. They seem to have a little bit of everything. Hours are a bit confusing, when I went at 3:30 on a weekday only 2 stores were open, everything else was closed so I'm not totally sure when all of the stores are open. I'll try again on the weekend!

I have said it before in a review, but need to say it again that he is honest, trustworthy and takes pride in his work, plus, he knows the business better than anyone else. Why would you go anywhere else? Go ahead and try and find another place, and in my opinion you will be sadly disappointed. We appreciate the work that you do.

Your reply to my review is again, PURE BULLSH8T. First of all, the reason why my husband brought…read moreyou $100 was because we discussed it and thought it would be a good compromise and the honest thing to do. Honest, a word that you are NOT NEARLY familiar with. We gave you some compensation and you kept the clock. Now, we're sorry. I just spoke to my husband. He did not apologize on my behalf, he said he was sorry it worked out the way it did which was his polite way of saying that you were negligent. He never expected the repair to be so much, he expected after 2 years to hear from you and to have a working time piece. You, yourself, admitted not having any further contact with my husband after he dropped off the clock. You told him that you were "calling the wrong number." Yeah, right. The first call he EVER received from you was this last November and he was responsive. He never received any messages from you before that. He NEVER reaffirmed the repair nor did he authorize you to keep his clock for as you say, 20 months which in itself is outrageous. As far as his needing instruction from you and your saying that he refused such instruction, again - BULLSH8T. You are a liar and a thief. Now I find out that in the end, you wanted $300 for nothing and not the even the original $250. You were never there when we came to inquire despite the sign on the door saying you should have been open, OR, maybe, as town people say, you were behind closed doors allegedly getting high and just couldn't be bothered. You could not prove that you even worked on this piece; no work orders, no logs, no receipts for parts, AND the bottom line, after all of this - THE CLOCK DOES NOT WORK - NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT. It came back exactly the way it was left. You are a disgrace. You may know something about the workings of clocks, although you cannot prove this by us. However, your service is abysmal, you have a cavalier way about conducting business, and you project your numerous shortcomings onto your customers rather than owning up. Incredulous AND abusive. Period. End of story.
