I needed to send a fax and Apex was right around the corner. I had called them to check on pricing, and it's better than any of the big office stores. FedEx is almost double the price. Though my fax was attempted to be sent three or four times, it did not make it through. Most likely an issue on the recipient side. But the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and use the shop for business cards or print jobs. read more

These guys are amazing! As someone with very little printing experience, I was unexpectedly required to have 300+ booklets and posters made in a real pinch and for a reasonable price. After weeks of back and forth with different printers and online printing services, I randomly pulled in on my way home after nearly giving up. Chris was super helpful and considerate of our budget and, most importantly, reassuring about all the last minute additions and changes. Chris and the rest of the guys at APEX are incredible! They were able to take an extremely last minute request (from a very panicked bridal party) to print a fathead when the best man in a friend's wedding party tested positive for covid hours before the wedding was to take place. I just used Apex this week for the first time, but I know I'll be back! I needed something as a volunteer for a non-profit and didn't have much of a budget, but my predecessor told me to use Apex and I know why! The turn-around was quick, the price was roughly half of Staples' quote and they only added $6 to 1,000 copies to print on color paper. I worked with three staff members & all were nice, not just to me but patient and friendly with other customers, too. One came from the back when he saw I was waiting as the third person in the store. They close at 5, not at 6 like the website says, but they told me that as I left from ordering. (Staples has made mistakes or missed the promised time on several of my orders over the years yet they act like I'm lucky they're there...I'm even happier with Apex compared to Staples! I'm confused by the low reviews below. I have had nothing but great service with Apex Copy and Print. Their machines have improved since the sale to the new owners. (Although I liked the previous owners as well) Print quality is good. Timely turn around. I would recommend them to friends and colleagues. read more

NEVER NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I wish I could give this place negative stars. I have done business with this place in the past and it was great but Chris the new owner is terrible to work with I would be surprised if they lasted another six months. I went to Chris about a month and a half ago to get invitations and he said no problem they should be done in about 2 weeks which was fine. Over the course of the past month and a half he has kept pushing back the deadline further and further and then would refuse to take my calls. Ron would answer the phone and say Chris will call you back in 5 minutes and then never do so and then I would call back a couple hours later and coincidentally Chris would be out of the office for a few hours. There has been numerous times where Chris has said he would call me back and never did. This place is absolutely terrible with communication and the owner Chris will just jerk you around. My father finally got fed up and went to the store location and Chris just told him he can't do the invitations and I better look elsewhere. Never ever go to this place or you will be screwed too. Now I have to rush order my invitations somewhere else in order to get them in time for my event. read more

Went into this establishment today to order post cards for my business. The woman running the front office was very rude, unprofessional and acted as if it was a bother to take down the information pertaining to my order. I left my contact information and was told I would receive a call back with a quote. After the next day, still no response, so I went back to the shop to inquire and the man who does the printing was also rude and very argumentative. I decided to take my business elsewhere and would not recommend this business to anyone!. read more
