There are two places where there were shreds of wood on the corner. I was unpacking boxes that were supposed to be books they packed, and I got about halfway through one box and discovered that they threw two glass shadowbox frames in with the books. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Even novice movers know you don't put glass frames at the bottom of a box of books!!!! I'm seriously afraid to see what else got damaged in the numerous boxes I have yet to unpack. It's pathetic.

Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level. The meal boxes are large and heavy though, so rather than have my husband carry the huge box on the subway, I had the second meal box sent to our home. The box was set to arrive on a Tuesday, so I made sure I worked from home that day. We do not have a doorman, and for a service SO big on understanding the issue people face living in buildings without doorman services, you would think Parcel would actually deliver the box to my apartment... but of course not. The delivery person rang my apartment bell, I answered the intercom, he said he had a delivery, told him great, come on up. Then I waited. And waited. After 10 minutes I knew something was up, since my elevator building only has 6 floors. Went down to the lobby and there sat my box, tossed in the corner, no delivery person in sight. Because of this lack of service, I will be canceling my Purple Carrot subscription and let them know Parcel was the reason. Parcel seems to employ some lazy individuals and this $70 package could have easily been stolen. Teach your delivery people to use an elevator.
