I needed to get a few packages taped up prior to taking them to the counter and they had plenty of room for me to spread out and do so. When I was ready to ship the employee at the counter was very friendly and ensured my boxes were secured with enough tape. Definitely a location I would visit again if needed.

I have to say that every time I come to this establishment, only employees are extremely friendly and helpful and whatever I might need. I realize after reading some of the reviews that there was problems with the previous owner and he was very, very sharp with people and antagonized some of them when they were looking for a little helping, addressing their needs, but I can attest that every employee that works in this shop goes above and beyond to assist their customers. I would highly recommend anyone that's looking to ship a package via a UPS store come to this location if it is in your area and you are looking for a nice friendly relationship with a business.

We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task. Especially for mail box service, all mails are kept safe even I sometimes go to retrieve after over a month long vacation (and this time with this corona virus outbreak) ! If I get a package delivered, they will send you their own tracking via e-mails so I can track that specific package using password. You can drop off mails and boxes to be mailed with easy and fast ! If I have any question, I can send them e-mails to communicate anytime! Secondly, and more importantly, the customer service in person is even better. She claimed it "didn't fit right??!! Without confrontation, I went to my original home town of Saddle Brook PO, and asked if it my postage was correct, the package was sealed correctly, etc. The pleasant young lady there laughed and said "of course".
