Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Each time, the guy at the desk couldn't have been more unhelpful or more dismissive. For instance, when I asked "What are the different choices for thickness of paper?", he didn't even look at me - he just pointed to a table with some books on it, one of which had the paper choices. I had to look at each book to find the right one. I guess this guy doesn't like his job very much, or maybe he doesn't like people very much, but why take it out on your customers? I won't be back.

Unfortunately will never work with this business again, I would have greatly appreciated it if the printer had reached out to me with his concerns, instead of bashing me to the client.
