Having one right here is a big convenience. The store is located next to Dunkin' Donuts, between Dunkin' and the urgent care center. It's a new building, and this is the very first store at this location. I visited with three boxes. My Amazon returns were accepted without any issues. However, returns for another seller weren't integrated yet. The owner explained they're still setting things up and should be fully ready within a week. The store is spacious with ample parking, so access won't be a problem. They also offer secure package acceptance, which is definitely a plus. I am not sure about other services like passport photos yet, but since they're newly opened, I'm sure they'll be adding more services soon. Good luck to the team--welcome to Lincoln Park!

I feel I'd be doing injustice to others if I didn't. As a business owner I have very little time for shenanigans. I work with clients in the mental health niche and trust is a very important part of our relationship with each other. When the shipping provider I put my trust in, not only fails to keep their word, but makes it nearly impossible to send and receive products in a timely and reliable manner, I have no other option but to recommend ANY other service provider. This year alone I will send over 1,000 4 pound packages and 10,000 letters. Next year, my projections on that number will more than triple.
