Everytime I go in here there's always a smiling face at the counter with a warm welcome. A lot of people use this location especially to return Amazon stuff, which I was there to do the same. Always clean & free of debris. They do ALOT of services that was not aware of besides shipping. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Little Falls, New Jersey

Poor customer service! Charges $2 for a small piece of tape (the length of my nail). Nickels and dimes for everything. The owner is always looking grumpy and uptight. Communication and delivery is so poor. Avoid at all cost, this privately owned location does not deserve any business. read more

Stopped there today 4/11/26 to drop off a pkg going back to Amazon . I was told by the mgr/ proprietor that I needed to place the item in another covering since mine was in a clear see thru covering . I explained that this png was exactly how it was sent to me . He said it's ok for delivering to a home but for a return it needs to be in a more protective wrapping . I left and went directly to UPS store in Clifton in the Richfield shopping area . They took my pkg exactly the same as I presented to the owner at Main st . Little Falls . This was the third time this has happened to me where they wanted to sell me their wrappings . It's a scam so he makes more money . I'll never go back there .. to Main St Little Falls. The guy is a liar & scammer . Never will this happen again ! read more

owner/manager is extremely rude. Take your business to another UPS store please. I always like to support local businesses not anymore with this location. read more

They went above and beyond to find my package. The staff were very helpful. Would recommend again.

This UPS store is a scam. Employee tried to charge me for a roll of tape to put one strip of tape on my package! Thankfully a fellow customer already bought a roll of tape and kindly gave me a piece of tape. Every other UPS store I've ever been to tapes up the package themselves or has tape available for FREE for customers to use. I know this economy is rough for many but to force customers to buy tape is unethical and disgusting. read more

Worst experience ever!! If I could have give 0 stars, I would. Did not take my item, apparently he didn't want to pack it. He was so disrespectful!! read more

Why would an employee here not take an Amazon return and tell me that I needed a UPS label instead of the Amazon return scannable code that every other UPS store I have ever visited uses? read more

I've notice this store has been getting one stars as of late and now I know why. The guy there is just a lazy guy. line almost to the door, girl by herself, he decide to stroll out with his coffee at hand. then decides to take customers. My turn is up, he told me i needed box for all my returns to amazon. i told him i didn't, because i select a "greener" return policy which does not require me to put them in boxes. he tells me those are the "rules" and pulls out a sign. so i went to the Ups store in Clifton to test out this rule. Guess what?! i went there and the guy at the counter only ask "is this all you're returning?' and took them with no boxes and no further questions.... So are those really the "RULES"? read more

I go here because it's close, but for no other reason. The online print order sends you a confirmation of receipt, but the staff is unaware of order and say they cannot access it and tells you so with attitude. I have also used them as an access point for package pick up and then they accused me of entering their address as if it were my own, then charged me to collect it. (I got the money back from the store I purchased item from), but UPS Little Falls needs to get their act together. read more

Today, I was assisted by a young man who was courteous and helpful . The manager was so rude to him. He asked for a hand truck since my box was so heavy. the supervisor ignored what he asked then had such a condescending tone. I had to address this supwrvosor and stated "since no one offered to help with my box, can I please have a hand truck. my box is outside the door and I do not want it falling on anyone." he was so aggressive towards me and was so rude , my 9 year old said "don't talk to my mom like that." As an educator, I felt the need to stand up for this young man. i told him he should not speak to his employee that way. After hearing this man speak, he has no respect for his employees, customers, especially as a woman there with 2 children. he actually said "this is my store and Ill speak how I want." I wonder if he would have spoke to that young man that way in front of his parents or even spoken to me that way if my husband was present. read more

I have been calling for over a week and they still do not know what happen with my package

I have used this location and their services over 2 years and I am what one would consider a very frequent user. I went this AM to return an Amazon product that didn't require a label , however I forgot to put a piece of tape on the top of the box. The owner told me they need the top taped and it would cost me $2 for literally a 4 inch piece of packing tape. I asked her could she as a courtesy just use their store tape and she refused. Let me add that the item was a 29 inch suitcase-- not heavy but bulky and she made me take the item back since I refused to pay the outrageous cost for a little sliver of tape. Never using that store again! They lost a customer today. I hope the $2 was worth it. read more

I used to be a semi-regular customer up to about a month ago. There is a new owner named Chris, who quite frankly is rude to customers. The service has gone downhill, while the prices have gone up. Also, all of the staff seems to have left, which is never a good sign. Several times I came, only to leave since the line was out the door. This was due to the new staff not knowing what they were doing. I have also seen a young boy hanging around, which is very odd. Anyways, I will no longer be a customer. read more

Steve sold the business and no the new owners are unfriendly at best. I had a box there for 22 yrs. Suddenly corporate came in and said you can't do monthly rentals- has to be 6 mos or more. Gave them the key & said stuff it. All those nice ppl that were there w Steve fired. Not good at all. read more

So with everything opening up again and increasing hours, this UPS store decided to DECREASE its hours without any notice whatsoever. This caused several packages to not be sent out on time which now causes delay shipment dates. Will try and never use this store again due to this. read more

I went to return some sneakers so it was a small shoe box. I was met with a lady that was cold and rude. She wanted to charge me $2.00 for a small piece of tape. ex. she would tape the box for me for a $2.00 fee ( I guess that was her courtesy) I'll give you a small piece of tape for $2.00. I would say six inches of tape for $2.00 instead of just giving me a courtesy as I didn't know the box needed to be sealed. If it was a big box I would understand the $2.00 charge but not a tiny box. I do not plan on ever going back there again! This was at the UPS in Little Falls NJ. read more

Ever since the old owner left, this store has gone down hill. Owner is rude to customers and employees. In particular I miss the old manager Emily. I asked about her and they said she left. New owner must have chased the old employees out. I'll be going else where read more

My elderly mother used to come into this store weekly and the girls were beyond helpful and kind to her. Ever since the new owner took over, all the staff have left and the store has just changed completely. Prices have gone up and my mother has expressed how upset she is with the little compassion or help they offer to give her, telling he she basically needs to figure everything out before she can be helped. Good customer service goes a long way and ever since the switch in owners, that is something this store lacks. read more

I rarely use the UPS Store to send packages; I use USPS but I recently dropped off a package and I must say this place has horrible service. I heard from people in town that they recently have new owners and a new staff. I will never be using this store ever again. I recommend that no one uses this store for any service. Bring your business elsewhere and save your time and energy. Horrible read more

Under the new ownership, the store has been awful. The new owner Chris is very rude to his customers. All of the nice girls from before are no longer there, and therefore, I will not be returning to this store. such a shame. read more

There is a new owner, and the entire staff who have been there for years quit after a few weeks. Very sad...

Ran into an issue the other day and was assisted by a beautiful woman by the name of Joseline. Very pleased with her customer service and recommend everyone to ask for her. Thank you again read more

The staff here is so nice and friendly. The store is clean and well organized. There is another location closer to my house, but I take the extra time to come here. I use them for shipping, Amazon returns, and shredding. They even helped me to pack up some odd size items, when I could not find the right box. read more

The people who work there are absolutely amazing! So nice and helpful! I only go there for all my shipping needs.

Id give 0 stars if it would let me -This store is beyond disorganized- i dropped my package off and it was never shipped out and a week and a half later is still lost. When I called to find out where the package was, the woman who answered the phone was rude and the manager who she had me speak to after was EXTREMELY rude and provided 0 help whatsoever. Don't ship anything from here unless you wanna deal with nasty people who will lose your stuff! :) read more

Waited for 30 mins to be declined services. I had to send shoes that had a label and everything but because the employees are lazy and very rude they declined my package and told me they don't offer this return services when clearly the company does because they printed out the label and boxes. AVOID at all costs you will waste your time. The staff is incredibly lazy!!! read more

Great store! Friendly and helpful staff. Been using their services for many years. They print a great deal for me and always have it ready for me when I arrive. I've returned packages there with pre-printed labels and no hassle. I've sent many packages via this store with no problems at all. Highly recommend them. read more

This UPS Store is located in a small strip mall which is quite hard on the car getting into due to uneven entrance ramp. Walked in and the place was busy with one guy on the computer and the other standing around. Brought a UPS parcel to ship and needed a small piece of tape on top of the box. They wanted to charge me $1 for a piece of tape. How cheap can you be? Generally UPS costs more than USPS for the package I was shipping and they should have been happy to have my business. Since I was stuck with UPS, took my package back and went to Home Depot and purchased my own tape. Will be sending the package through my work's shipping department. read more

I am writing this immediately so that I don't forget. This store was SO helpful. A gentleman who I imagine is the manager was so incredibly helpful with something so simple. My UPS store in my hometown of Livingston made me run around in circles just to return an Amazon package. Thank you so much for doing something as simple as taping my package for me (and packaging for me) - something I was fully prepared to do but didn't have to. read more
