Amazing quality of work done! They printed all the books we needed. For a reasonable price. And the staff was so kind and helpful.

Honestly don't know why this place gets such a bad rap. Lela from printing was excellent in helping me with my 2 UPs packages. She was patient, she proposed options, she was proactive and warm. I wanted to call out the employee, Vinny, who proactively reached out to me when he saw me looking for product. He then made fabulous recommendations that worked out and were less expensive. But, in general, Vinny has helped me multiple times over the last year and has always been professional and extremely competent. Customer service is extremely low at this location. If you have a question about any department, I would not recommend going here. I went twice last week, debating between buying expensive ink cartridge refills or replacing my printer all together. Both days I couldn't find an available employee to answer my questions, even after one had been called to the ink department. read more

Their printing service needs more attention. It takes a few minutes to print standard word docs and pdfs. Their printer wasn't working and a 5 minute print job took a half hour. I was charged for the time the printer wasn't working. read more

I'm not a big fan of Staples but I spoke to the General Manager, Alex today about an issue with an employee of his. I was very impressed with the way Alex listened to my minor grievance and his complete accountability. It is very rare that you get this from any manager. My recommendation is to speak directly with Alex if you have any issues that need resolving. I'm confident that he will try his best to assist you with it. read more

NEVER send your UPS packages through them. Twice I have used their ups services and twice I've had issues with them. They have lost my package and they have no evidence where it is and their customer service ups or staples have no human reps to speak to. Ship at your own risk. Go directly to a UPS store. read more

I have nothing against this Staple store. They have always been good to me. However, I feel like I have to tell people not to buy their TruRed paper shredder. The product doesn't last long. Above all, do not buy the Asurion warranty. It is so expensive and when the machine breaks, they will not honor it. Give Fellows shredder a try or go elsewhere. read more

I can see why staples is having a hard time. However, this staples by far was one of the worst experience. I walked in on a mission to find a particular item. This is hard for me because I love office supplies and could spend hours browsing a store. I could walk in with the intention of buy something for 10dollars and walk out spending $100. I take the first 10-15minutes trying to find the item for myself, but after coming up short handed, I decided to ask for help. Oh, but wait a minute, help is no where to be found. I walk up and down and across each row and still no one. So, I walk to the front of the store and ask the gentleman for the item I am looking for. Before in was done describing the item he said "we don't carry that here" to which I responded, "yes, you do, I checked online before I came in" He then states, "I think that might be in aisle number one. I then stated "I looked there and I didn't see it, can I have some help" He ignores my request and never tries to help. I go back to the aisle and I find the item not in the right place, but behind other items. I am beyond annoyed so I go to leave the store without buying the item. As I am walking to the door, I see the same associate typing on his phone behind the register not even paying attention. read more

It's incredible that the copy center is equipped with credit card machines to make it "fast" for customers to go and do their stuff, BUT it turns to happen that those modern machines don't work, so you are at the mercy of the associate that his master's skill is to challenge your patience he can't be slower!!!! And worst, no one to turn to because there's not a soul in that store. Imagine a sinking ship, the crew and the rest of the staff either have left the vessel or don't care about what's going on in that abandoned staples.. read more

They really have a winning business model at Staples: Sell crappy printers that break down after 3 months, sell the incredibly overpriced ink cartridges for said printers, and for when customers' printers inevitably stops working, conveniently have an area where they can pay to print...and charge per minute to use the computers. Today I had to print a 9-page document, but my printer had broken. I went to Staples and put my credit card into the thing next to the computer so I could print. I spent 3 minutes on the computer and paid $5 just for using it. I paid 49 cents a page to print. Then I decided I needed a copy of the document, as I would be mailing the original. I went to the copy machine, which also had a place for your credit card. I put my card in and, as I haven't used a copier in a long time, did my best to figure it out. There were no instructions on which way to load the paper. I looked back at the desk they loosely term "service" and saw no one there-- only a customer waiting for help. I was in a hurry, so I loaded my document pages, pressed the green button and hoped for the best. Sure enough, the copies came out, or so I thought. They were blank pages. Thinking the machine wasn't working, I flagged down the employee, who told me that I had put my document pages upside down. "Try again," she said, and started to walk away. "Oh," I said. "Well, my card is in the machine, and I got charged for blank copes. How do I avoid getting charged again?" The lady just shook her head. "You mean I have to pay twice?" "Yes," the lady said, "Because YOU loaded the paper wrong." To review, I paid nearly $12 to print and copy 9 pages. Yup. Brilliant move, Staples. read more

This review is for the customer service and tech center at the store. I just experienced awful customer service at the Bloomfield Staples location and they referred me here to the Cedar Grove location for some products that they ran out of. Good thing they did because the help I got was night and day! Vinnie the in house tech expert quickly looked at two of my sick computers and even the manager took a quick look. I ended up not getting it repaired through them but I really appreciated the diagnostic (which is free). I also called them to hold some products for me and they very quickly found them and left them at the register for me. read more

There is a lady who works in the copy center who is awful. She groans when I walk in to make copies. The machine was out of paper and she was so annoyed that she had to refill it. Today, she was the person at check-out and she was equally as rude. I had asked about a product I couldn't find (nobody was on the floor to ask) and she she rolled her eyes that she had to help me and said nothing to me. She had somebody get product and scanned it without letting me see it. I asked to see it and let her know that it was not the product I had asked about. She said nothing. I had no idea if she took if off of my receipt or not. AWFUL costumer service. But the store is clean and there is plenty of parking. So there are for sure perks to this location. read more

I went into the store and to get my computer repaired. It had a virus on it, and needed quickly. Since I am a student I was worried about the price and how long I would be without it. The technicians totally bs'd me. I know that because I took it to a "real" computer repair place that is not a chain. Shame on you for ripping me off! If I can give this store 10 stars I would. The store manager Bruce is amazing. Recently went to get an upgrade for my phone and the service was impeccable. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process very smooth and easy. The service at the store has always been good but since Bruce has been there the service has gotten even better. His warm smile and overall demeanor makes you feel confident in your purchase and I highly recommend visiting this location. read more
