NEW UPDATE: Stopped by here on 3/17/26 to recycle an old computer tower(CPU) the store is actually amazing right now, customers should stop by and see for themselves, so glad that this location has the "Party City" decor up, as well as the "Bin Wins" everything is super clean and super organized, and where it should be, alot of helpful employees on the floor and they each were working on something important, super fun environment if you ask me, it was great seeing the GM Ash and the other associate Frankie again, wish we could've spoken more, however great job you guys and everyone else involved, keep it up.. read more

After a really bad experience at another staples earlier in the day, this staples was like a breath of fresh air. Although they didn't have the item I was looking for. They were able to help me. The gentleman took me to the ordering station and looked up the item and had it ship to my house. He was really nice a helpful. This staples was better staffed and much more customer service training. read more

Awesome and quick experience at the print and copy center here. Had to get business cards made up so the young girl there named Laura was super helpful. She took time out of her routine to help me make them from scratch and give me guidance on the design layout. She was very sweet and super knowledgeable! Will definitely go back anytime I need something printed there! read more

The horrendous urine odor in the hallway to the bathroom, let alone the men's room itself is incredible. I can't imagine when it was cleaned last, if ever. I asked the assistant manager, Santiago if he was aware if this and he said that he hasn't been in there. I asked if there were separate bathrooms and he said no. So how could he not have been in the bathroom?? He said he just got back from vacation!? I asked him how often it is cleaned and he said "it should be cleaned every other day". The guy was obviously embarrassed about the state of the bathroom but apparently not enough to do anything about it. I will take time out of my day later to call the general manager and see if I can get more understandable answers. How about having just a little pride people. read more

Came for an ink cartridge but couldn't find the one I was looking for. Went and asked a worker for assistance five times. Waited by the ink section for 34 minutes and no one ever came; I left. Worst service I've ever experienced. read more

Avoid Staples on rt.46 in Totowa. Sad they got rid of Office Max and this store is all we have left. Cashier was not attentive. Office employees were not walking the store. Store was a mess and palettes were blocking aisles. Rather drive the extra couple miles to the route 23 location. read more

I had to make a few color copies for my job and the service at the print center was top notch. They went out of their way to explain what I needed to do and how much it would cost. It was really refreshing to receive such quality service at a bigger retail store. read more

Not exactly a surprise, but the customer service at this location stinks. I asked for a sample card from a display box to test on my printer before committing to buying two 50-count boxes, and the supervisor on duty flat out said no. They could've sold $40 of cards for 1 in a display box they'd likely throw out anyway... but that's what happens when you pay crappy wages. Yay capitalism. read more

My husband and I went to this particular staples to fax some paperwork. What should have taken 5 minutes ended up taking nearly 20 minutes. There was a huge line of people with only one register open. Other workers were walking around and some of the customers even asked if they would open another register. Which they didn't. They just kept on walking around and not doing anything to help the line moving. It was absolutely ridiculous. I will never go to this staples again. read more

This is the Staples located actually on Riverview Drive off of Route 46 West, in Totowa. This particular address did not show up on the search but that is where it is. They treated me like gold. I felt special, really. As soon as I walked in at least 4 people asked me how I was and if I needed help. By the time the 5th person asked me, I did need help and they were great with assisting me with my file cabinet purchase and other misc things. Very informative and showed care when talking with me. I was so impressed and have to share it with you guys. read more
