I had a wonderful conversation with Joe about this new system he was setting up, Monster GCI. I had spoken to several companies that do advertising for realtors, and his pitch seemed the most comprehensive -- I was going to get an automated follow up system, texts directly to my phone, CRM auto populating from Facebook leads. I had spoken to other folks who just set up your Facebook ad for you, but we all know that advertising without follow up is a waste! Well, from day one, this program had glitches. It was supposed to integrate with High Level and the Monster GCI CRM. I was assigned a support person, but everything I asked for, they could not do. When I said that the integrations weren't working, they told me I had to call this other company (High Level) directly, and that it was not my responsibility. I would go on their bi-weekly coaching calls which were just basic "how to do marketing" trainings, but their system never worked. Basically, I've been wasting money on Facebook ads that go nowhere into the black hole of their program. Finally I started just downloading the leads from Facebook manually and entering them into my CRM, and following up with them 1 by 1. This is not what I paid $3,000 for. I've asked them for months to 1) unlink my account from their system and 2) refund me for a program that was not actually what was advertised. Their latest email said I have a "full in house marketing system working for you for free" which is a joke -- this has never worked, not from Day One. DO NOT use this company. I will update this review if they make good and refund for misleading advertising. read more
