It is so important to work with good people that you get along with. Clare is such an agreeable and magnetic person to be around. It really made the experience enjoyable and pleasant. Your web designer is an extension of yourself and your brand. Clare was like a magic wand. Take a look at our website... you wouldn't believe that she is allergic to sugar (we sell drinks with sugar lol) She is organized and patient ORGANIZED: Clare in a really, really, really good note taker and very organized. I was often astonished that she was able keep everything straight. She set and met deadlines. PATIENT: I am a driver. I am time oriented and like things the way I like them. I would like to say that I knew what I wanted to accomplish from the start, but I had no idea. My vision for this project was spun on its head several times. When I say I like things the way I like them, this is what I mean. Clare gave me access to the back end of the website, so I could see her progression in real time. I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.
