Had I called I would have been the victim of identity theft. Who I did call was Stefano at the PC Doctor. He called me back immediately, scheduled a next day appointment, was on time, and within 20 minutes had the issue resolved and my computer running like new. He explained the problem, set me up with a computer maintenance program to avoid future problems, and charged a very fair and reasonable price.
