We were looking for a very specific new logo for our company. After researching online, we decided on someone local (support your small business!!). These gentlemen did not disappoint. We opted for the Elite package which gave us unlimited revisions once we chose a design. We were fairly uncertain when we went in with design and color and with the questionnaire in the beginning of the process we were able to narrow it down and watch the creativity unfold from Adlai and James. The entire process from design to payment was seamless. The free consultation on the phone was excellent, especially when doing business online. When you speak with these men, you get a confident feeling about putting something so important in the hands of strangers. We enjoyed and are happy with the entire experience and would recommend and use them again! read more

About five months ago, I created a basic sketch of an infographic that I wanted to turn into an animated gif. I received a draft copy within a few days and then the final version soon after that. I uploaded it to my website and there was only one word for how it looked: Spectacular. James and his team did an amazing job. The reason I am posting another review is that the other day I wanted to change the background to white from the original light gray background. They turned that modification around in a matter of hours at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for graphic design work. They are professional, patient and courteous. I have recently hired Spark Logo Design to design the logo of my new business. I selected them after having read the great reviews they had on Thumbthuck and I am so glad I did. I was immediately impressed by the first communication with the co-founder Adlai Allen. He sent me an introductory email with a very professional company brochure outlining their process, fees etc. I found this tremendously professional and helpful since it answered immediately any preliminary questions I had. The process has been painless, the team has been really professional and very prompt. I am very happy with the end result. I definitively recommend Spark Logo Design and will hire them again for future branding needs. read more

This is the place to go if you want professional, quality, exceptional work when creating your brand for marketing. I found these guys from Thumbtack and I am so very happy with the results of working with them on my project. Spark Logo Design was absolutely phenomenal with helping me create my business mark, and the business cards, letterhead, and social media graphics were just so beautiful! Thank you so much, to the whole team who worked on my The Hawaiian Flutist logo and marketing materials! I would definitely highly recommend them, and I will most likely come back to them for work in the future with other logo designs that I will need. read more

I've had a great experience with Spark. First--I love my company's new logo. I appreciate that I had the option of a package branding deal instead of price piecing it all together. I received everything I needed to brand my new company in one package and deal--easy and seamless--an email signature, stationery, business cards, social media formatting, a great logo. James was so patient with me in much of my processing and occasional change of mind/indecision, which I am really grateful for. He handled it all with class and patience. So pleased that I found this firm and will definitely recommend. Great design work and experience. read more

I had an incredible experience with Spark logo design. I am thrilled with the final product. Friends and family have been asking about where I got the logo designed and have been amazed at the value. I have mentors who have spent thousands of dollars on logo design who were blown away by the logo and value Spark provided, and said they would definitely use Spark on anything they needed in the future. Throughout the process, Adlai and his team were extremely responsive, often providing revisions within minutes or hours of the request. I highly recommend Spark logo for all of your future logo needs! read more

Adlai and James are creative treasures managing an agency born to develop dreams that come true very nicely. For me, there isn't another better way to put it in my words. As persons, they are easy going people that feel as long time friends from the very first meeting. As professionals, they strive to listen to their clients as if they were themselves, which in return creates a great outcome from the best synergy possible. As a very exigent architect, I am very happy to have stumbled upon their enterprise and have the pleasure to meet and work with them. Totally recommended. read more

I hired Spark Creative to help with the rebranding of our law firm. They did a terrific job on the logo and related materials and I have received lots of compliments on the logo design. Spark was also very reasonably priced, and very quick to turn around the revised designs. Julie was our customer service representative and was fantastic. I also enjoyed working with the owners, who were also very responsive. In short, I highly recommend Spark without any reservations, and would hire them again if we ever decide to rebrand. read more

Spark is an incredible company to work with. They created a logo, business card, and marketing package for me. I had a very specific vision for my company and its branding. They understood EXACTLY what I wanted and were able to bring my vision to life. I have designed logos with other companies in the past and I have to say this has been my best experience to date. The design process was quick and the quality of the concepts was excellent! They captured the essence of what I wanted and having a hard time to decide which concept to go with is a good problem! I had my full design package with the finished product within a week. I am a marketing consultant and I always direct my clients to Spark for their logo designs. Thank you for such a great experience! read more

Bad experience all 'round. About a month ago I thought, hey.. paying $300++ for a logo would get me something nice. Maybe it does, but not at Spark. The attitude was unprofessional and the result was oh so bad. Had only bad choices to pick from and their revisions didn't help either. A complete money hole. Won't be fooled again. Got the clipart looking design to a freelance designer to do something with it, paid him $150 and got A LOT MORE creativity for a lot less. Good riddance. read more

An excellent agency to work with, especially for the price. The designs presented were great and they were easy to work with and never complained when I asked for a few revisions (and the revisions had very quick turnaround). When I showed my friends the initial logo designs that were sent to me by the team at Spark they were kicking themselves for going somewhere else since they paid significantly more than I did for similar (or in some cases lower) quality work. read more

Long overdue review but anyway, I first came to Spark in 2012 for a new logo. Almost 2 years later and after signing a retainer agreement for a site redesign and marketing, I was able to generate more qualified leads in the past 2 years than then the previous past 5 years COMBINED. I highly recommend the Marketing team and based on my experience would not go anywhere else for any of my website/business needs. read more
