Our company has been working with them for over a year now with redesign, marketing techniques and overall branding assistance and their expertise makes my life so. much. easier. They work like a machine, but with a human touch. Ah, the best kind of consistency. Everything in their correspondence is personal and consistent, with fast turnaround. I've always known that any concerns and questions would be answered immediately and their meetings online and in-person are always pleasant. Get a chance to drop by their office? Well lucky you, because you'll be treated to walking through one of the coolest offices ever. Not convinced of their prowess? Look at their big name clients and plethora of projects they work on. It's nothing less than impressive however, they do it all without a sales-y pitch: they genuinely want you to succeed and make your business boom. Everyone at BFM puts client requests at the helm while their creative team steers, albeit gently and with great advice. Ultimately, the client will call the shots in design and outcome. You'd be wise to tap into all of their resources because let's face it; if you're paying for it, utilize it. However their pricing and plans are quite reasonable for small businesses (if you are one) and you'd be hard pressed to find a local agency that's willing to go to lengths to make you happy. In conclusion and if you're on the fence, you should definitely dive right into Blue Fountain Media. They have and are handling most aspects of my website...from the initial graphic design, to the entire website development, to the video production and finally to the marketing. They do it all and they do it all very well. I could go on forever but just trust me when I say that if you're looking for a website development partner look no further than BFM. The eMazzanti team is truly exceptional. We have been doing business with them for about 3 years…read morenow and I haven't seen any other company with the customer service and professionalism that they provide. Over the years, no matter who we have come in to contact with from eMazzanti each and every individual has been phenomenal. In the beginning when we first started using their services our team had a lot of questions. Everything was knew and many of us were not tech savvy in the slightest. We had an IT tech on site almost an entire day making sure everything was running smooth and explaining step by step what was going on and how to handle it. They would not leave the premises except possibly once just to get some food or coffee. A few of the techs at one point or another provided their personal numbers in case of emergencies. Emergencies did happen and even on their day off they have answered. This was before my team became knowledgeable and comfortable on the protocol on who to reach out to depending on situation. The point is they went above and beyond any customer service you can ever receive. Now about 3 years later and they are still just as dedicated. My business is in Times Square in NYC. It is imperative to have everything up and running ASAP in such an active area. This team has jumped on a train from New Jersey and showed up in every possible emergency. Regardless of weather, holidays, weekends, days or nights they have been there. Not only have they shown up no matter the circumstances but they have done so with a smile on their face. It's such a pain free experience as it can be with some companies when trying to get customer assistance in any area of business. They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, dedicated and readily available. You can't go wrong with choosing eMazzanti for any of the services they provide. I can't express enough my satisfaction with this company. Amazing job and a big thank you for all that you do eMazzanti team. :)
