Or perhaps my 3-star rating is due to it being based on going during the work week and during my lunch break. This 3-star is also limited to my experiences with the clerk tellers - mailing letters, sending out packages, and buying stamps. The clerk tellers who have helped me are usually always quick and friendly. I haven't used the rental post boxes here, but they are available for rent. For the most part, I haven't dealt with too long of a wait on the line. I know that they improved the line-up area with better signage and a person working there who directs customers on where to go. Also, FYI, this location does not offer passport services (there's a list posted with where you can get this done).

When you enter, the rental mailboxes line the length of the back of the space. To the right, associates will be standing behind the register/service station counter. The selection of packing materials - envelopes, tape, pens, markers, etc. - will be to the right, too. The specialist who helped me on Thursday (Milly) was friendly, professional, and walked me through the shipping process smoothly. If you're in the area and need to go to UPS, I think this is a good location.
