The overall interaction lacked basic customer service and made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. The tape cost $8, what a ripoff. To make matters worse, the item weighed over 50 pounds, and while an older woman nearby struggled to handle it, there was no offer of assistance from the owner. Combined with ongoing issues like unreliable in-store WiFi, the experience left a very poor impression. I value efficiency and respectful service, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both customer interaction and overall service quality.
