My proofs were printed wrong twice, however, Chris from Customer Service helped me get timely electronic proofs on the phone so I don't miss my printing deadline even though it wasn't necessarily their procedure. The products came out great, and the pick up location opened late, which was really helpful for us as we had to travel up from another state after work on a Friday. Their website maintenance definitely needs some help as sometimes things do not update as fast as the changes that are made, and the display of bills may not be the same as your bill if you had any billing adjustments. Customer service can help adjust everything if needed. They frequently offer deals and discounts online too, just another +. Definitely would do business with PsPrint again!

When I went to the business to review my proofs, I asked the owner to darken the background, he explained that instead of the .pdf file I emailed, he would require the original file from the actual program used to design the invitations. When I lost the internet connection I had to act, so I called PC Problems. Technician arrived promptly and got right to work. Electronic Recycling with a Mission…read more I noticed Green Vision Inc. while visiting ReStore as they share building space. The signage said that they offered electronic recycling. I looked Green Vision up online and was happy to find that they are a full service electronics dismantler. In addition, their mission is to provide individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunities to work and learn in real life job situations. Sounds great on paper, time to check it out in person since I had a few electronics items that could be recycled. I arrived today at around 3:30pm and walked into Suite 300 and made my way to the back office just to the right of the shop entrance. I asked if I was in the right place for electronics recycling and was greeted with smiles and advised by Tim that I was. I explained that I had a few computer monitors, a CD player, some remotes, a humidifier, and a small child toy to recycle. I was told no problem and that a cart would be sent out to collect the electronics. Everything was verified recyclable and free to donate. The cart was loaded up with all the recyclables and we were all set. Easy mode! While getting my son in the car, I realized that we forgot to check if we left any rechargeable batteries in his recycled toy. I went back in, found the toy in the cart and asked if it would be okay to check if any batteries were left inside of it. Tim told us no problem and got a screwdriver and asked if my son would like to open it up after putting the screwdriver in place. This got a huge smile from my son and he happily opened up the battery door. Batteries found and we were happily on our way. Tim and his team were great to work with and I will think of Green Vision Inc. first when I am in need of Electronic Recycling in the Morris County area.
