We have just had the most amazing service from Armen and his team at Picture Framing Warehouse! We initially went there to try them out with two paintings to be framed and when we returned they had been stretched and framed impeccably, in less than a week. So we brought more paintings. Twice. Armen called us to tell us he had encountered a bit of a problem, as their supplier had run out of the frame we had chosen together, due to Covid manufacturing delays. He offered to use a sightly wider frame for the same price, although this new frame usually costs significantly more. The results are magnificent and we are so appreciative of the most friendly and professional service we have received. We had tried another framing shop in Montclair prior to this, where the quality of framing was not nearly as good and was more expensive. The matting and framing suggestions Armen gave us for watercolors and posters were perfect too! Did I mention he is a talented artist himself? In a business where it's so easy to get ripped off, these guys are honest and trustworthy to a fault. I never worry about leaving a valuable item with them. Their work is perfect, and they do acid-free mounts and UV-shielding glass for only slightly more than their regular prices, which are extremely reasonable.
