I Have used DezineLine several times for various sports teams shirts, sweats and other items. They have always been prompt and even helpful when I needed a rush order (I still have about 2 weeks notice). Lynn always enhances the original artwork we submit. We have had some minor hiccups but that can be expected and they have always been resolved in a sufficient manor. I brought a project to this place that they assured me would be no problem to complete. They seemed somewhat helpful & knowledgable (bordering arrogant) initially. I called them on the afternoon of the day that they told me the project would be ready and the girl at the front desk placed me on hold for 20 minutes. When she returned to the phone she indicated that she had forgotten about me and "yes" my project was ready for pick up. The finished product, upon first glance, appeared good. Once I left the establishment and returned home (20 mi away) I had a chance to look at it more thoroughly and had 10 other people look at it as well. The printing was totally crooked. A large portion of the writing didn't line up by any stretch of the imagination with any border of the fabric or any other printing. The girl at the front desk of Dezine Line had instructed me to put masking tape on the fabric to indicate where the writing should be. They screen printed this masking tape on to the fabric and it could not be removed. The screen printer indicated that it wouldn't come off before they screen printed it on. That's funny because I took it off and put it back on several times to be sure that I had the tape straight and centered properly on the fabric. They also did not line the printing up to the masking tape. Doing so would have made the print much straighter than it turned out. Upon discovering the error I called and spoke with Steve who assured me that they would fix it. I drove all the way back to Ledgewood in a pouring rain storm through traffic accidents and flooded streets. I went back to Joann's to purchase more fabric because Steve indicated that the process to remove the printing & masking tape would likely damage the fabric. Steve was nice and tried to rectify things but the girl in the front room with the mullet kept mouthing off saying things like, "It's straight with the top of the fabric" (although it wasn't at all), "Fine we'll just put it where your tape is", "We're not a print shop" (or something of that nature), "We did our best" (to berate me?), "We were just trying to help you out "(isn't that what I'm paying you to do?) ...on and on. She was so incredibly rude. Holding my tongue being nothing but patient with these people, I was getting a pit in my stomach as she rambled on. They completely botched this up and wouldn't own up to it. She kept being insulting and incredibly rude. How can a small business survive with this kind of service? I would have been embarrassed for screwing it up so badly if I were them. I was so frustrated that I was on the verge of tears. I have never been treated so rudely! I ended up just leaving with this crummy product which I will have to cut up to try to salvage. With unemployment as it is, I guarantee that there are thousands of other people within a stones throw who are more qualified and more professional than the front office crew of this place. read more

I needed a piece of fabric embroidered with my son's name and I was recommended to Dezine Lines by some of the ladies from the local JoAnn's shop. I was making a soft chair for him so the name had to be rather larger, so I marked off on the fabric where I wanted his name with artists tape. They weren't able to completely fill the area which was perfectly fine and understandable. I was very happy with the price and they had my finished fabric done two days later! read more

Excellent customer service! My son tried on their sweatshirts before I order one and they were very accommodating and friendly.

Although helpful at first, only to find out that they never did my kind of order before and needed to call for outside help. So it took longer than expected, but what really bother me is that when I asked them to do one more shirt they said that they only would do it in bulks. So I will not or cannot do repeat busy with them because I have no reason to buy more then a couple of shirts here and there for the year. read more

Got some hats made here and they came out great!!!! Got helped by Melissa who sits in the mini desk next to the front counter. She was very polite and helpful with my order. About a week later (one week earlier then expected.....WOAHHHHHH) I got my hats and they came out great. Extremely nice stitching, I got hats made on a mainstream website in the past...... not gonna mention any names coughMercholgycough and they came out like Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles hand stitched them together. All in all I have no complaints at all here and I cant wait to do business with them again!!!! read more

Dezine line is professional and they stand by there work. My husband had breast cancer shirts made up and the designed the print. It was amazing. The created soccer attire out of a design we made on a scrap of paper. It came out better than we expected.
