I have been a repeat customer at this location for my business. I just dropped off an order of…read morehats, coats, and sweatshirts to be embroidered. I have had these same items embroidered in the past without issues. This time around they placed the logo and name on different sides of the various items. They never said that they would have to do this, and there was no communication from them what so ever. When I noticed that they misplaced the logo and name on my coats and brought them back to the store, the gentleman behind the counter who took my order said he had no notes on the order regarding placement, and that he could offer a refund for these misprints but had to go get his manager George. When George came, he stated that this is why he does not want to let people bring their own items in to be embroidered, because they are too picky. I am not being picky, i just expected uniformity. This was not an issue on previous orders, but now it was. George did not offer anything to resolve this for me. Being a repeat customer, and having just ordered 500 dollars of embroidery, I would have been happy with them simply crediting me for the items that were mis-embroidered, like the one gentleman offered to do. I was going to be ordering dozens of t-shirts from them for the warmer months, but i will no longer being using them. They were rude and acted like i created the problem, when they simply messed up. Everyone messes things up sometimes, but when you do you have to be accountable for it, and most businesses try to keep their clients happy. They do not communicate at all, and never even let you know when your order is ready for pickup, but they have no problem blasting your email with junk. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially a smaller company or individual. They do not care about their clients. If you are somebody that is looking for printing, marketing, or embroidery services, look elsewhere. You will be much happier, and you will get what you actually pay for. Zero stars.

We weren't sure if the article could take the heat of the iron so I left him one of the items for a test run that was successful. We also had to rework my logo so it could fit and George offered great ideas and modified the logo so it would fit on the items and look it's best. Turnaround time was much faster than I expected and the price was a great value. Thanks George for making my daughters wedding Welcome bags look great!

I have been looking for an embroidery shop for the past few weeks and I couldn't get a hold of any…read more Until I went on google & searched "embroidery shops" which still didn't make anything easy. I say that because literally half of them were closed, numbers didn't work, address's weren't updated. It was pretty frustrating. I found out I needed to remove the stitching on the coat but then someone at the cleaners told me that if i did so, it would leave a big hole. So now I had to find somewhere that did patches. I called the Livingston embroidery shop and he told me he doesn't do them. He did point me out to Rockaway Embroidery Shop located in the mall by Jimmy jazz & Build a bear workshop on the 1st floor. Anyways I get to the place 30 minutes before they were closing. I asked to get the thing patched and replaced with my name and he said he'll be able to do it for me within the time frame of 30 minutes and it looked like the old stitching was never there. If your looking for a spot contact them.

Displeased with quality of workmanship. Brought two shirts to have a name and number embroidered on…read morethe front. One shirt turned out fine, but the number on the second looked awful. It was supposed to be the number 6, but the top half of the number was collapsed. When I complained, it fell on deaf ears. Woman admitted it didn't turn out correctly, and said "the machine does that sometimes." I then asked if they didn't have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy and she laughed, saying, "no, we don't do that." This is not a legitimate embroidery business and should not be allowed to operate as one. It can be compared to the tee shirt shops on the boardwalk down the shore, where kids work ironing decals onto shirts.

I have found the staff to be polite and knowledgeable and skilled with regards to framing pictures. As a UPS drop off point this store is a train wreck. Just know that packages aren't picked up…read moreuntil the end of the following day, guaranteeing that your package will be delivered at least one day later than you are told when you drop it off. The person I dropped it off with was nice, but when I called concerned that my package hadn't been shipped 24 hours later I got all kinds of crap from the employee over the phone. To say she was rude would be an understatement. She was belligerent and confrontational. DO NOT SHIP through this store. It was a waste of a trip and a nightmare afterward. If I'd known about the two day delay in pickup I would have waited and gone to a UPS store or - better still! mailed it through the USPS. Based on my treatment over the phone I will not shop this store in person ever again. After writing this I looked through past reviews. There seems to be a theme over more than 6 years - most of the employees are rude. I'm a serious crafter and have shopped there often. I order online and pick up so I don't normally have to interact with the staff. I guess that would be my recommendation to others based upon the consistently bad reviews of staff. I will note that my in person interaction was pleasant, just sadly they provided me with misinformation so ---
