Saved my sister/maid of honor's gown! My sister lives in Florida and we trusted a long time tailor of ours to do the job. She didn't, at all. Two days before the wedding we picked the dress up and the tailor had conveniently gone on vacation. My sister wouldn't of been able to walk down the isle in this dress. I called before coming and David assured me I didn't need an appointment. Great tailor. Lovely gentleman. Needed four tuxedo shirt studs last minute ( very last minute !!!) before prom ( could only find three after housekeeper cleaned earlier in day). Nearest men's shops in Morristown or Stirling. On a whim, I called Country Tailor to see if he carried them with intent to purchase and when I came to pick them up he did not charge me. Lifesaver!!! Very unprofessional. I called and made an appointment for some emergent wedding gown alterations. He said he could do it, and we agreed on an appointment time. When I arrived, the store was dark and locked, and there was no answer when I called. Waited for 45 minutes until I gave up and scrambled to find another tailor to help. What an inconsiderate waste of my time during a stress filled moment. I won't be back. AVOID. read more

Tailor did not get work done by date he promised. When I was finally able to pick up the items, wore my pants to work only to find out he did not repair the seam. I was not charged for the work on the pants, but I would have rather paid for the seam to be fixed then sit at work with a hole in my pants. read more
