Rocco is a fantastic man, and has been patient with me through the whole process when creating my custom tuxedo for my wedding. I am a very picky person, and Rocco was super patient with me when I was being nitpicky with every detail, from the type of fabric to even the width of the lapel! I went to Rocco back before COVID around January 2020. Due to COVID, my fiancée and I had to postpone our wedding from October 2020 to September 2021. From January 2020 till now, Rocco has gone above and beyond trying to find the type of fabric I was looking for in my custom tuxedo. He even purchased swatches all the way from Vienna (super expensive) just so we could go over the selections of fabric and I could choose which one was the best! Joe is an expert tailor. He's not a dry cleaners that does simple alterations too…read more Go to Joe if you need expert tailoring and you will get it and pay for it. If you want just want a simple alteration (e.g. pants shortened), you may want to go to one of the many local dry cleaners and pay under $20. Joe will charge you $50 to do the same thing. Put another way, going to Joe for a simple alteration, would be like going to a $1,500/hour lawyer to help with a parking ticket. He can certainly handle it, but you'll pay for more expertise than you might need. I learned that lesson the hard way.

Is there a single business out there that leaves their registers completely unmanned? The owner seems inattentive, unfocused, and bothered by customers being there. She seems to be focused on chatting away with the people behind the store front. Everyone who is at the registers tries to get you to leave quickly, but they take forever to even come to the front, if they even realize you are there at all. There are obviously more people in the back, because when there is a line, more people appear. Why do they wait for the store to be packed full to appear? Why are there two or three of us waiting for one person at the register, when there are clearly more people in the back, just chatting away? Why is it that not a single person employed at this store (with one exception) seems to know where anything is? Every time, whether it is my order or someone next to me, they have to check the camera for something. Is nobody keeping track of anything? The only good person there is the older tall gentleman with graying hair that shows up occasionally to the register. He seems to know where everything is and will always smile. Hopefully he is the owner's husband, because he seems to be the only one that can do anything.
