I ordered a replica #33 Sammy Baugh jersey on eBay that was supposed to be in a burgundy/maroon color. However when it arrived from China it was a brown shirt instead. So I searched Amazon and found a burgundy color shirt that looked more like the jersey I wanted, and asked the gentleman at E&N tailor if he could remove or cut the numbers off of the brown jersey and then sew them onto to my color correct burgundy shirt. I also asked him to cut the long sleeves about halfway up my forearm to make this Amazon shirt look more like the jersey I envisioned. If you're on a schedule, don't waste your time. They don't stick to timelines, delay pick ups and wait till the last minute. They told us to pick up a simple hem job on a dress 2 weeks later. We showed up, wasn't ready he said come back in 3 days. When we showed up 3 days later, it had not even been started. Finally the day before our event it's ready. They destroyed my $350 ted baker dress!!! Stay away! I dropped the dress off a week and a half ago. The woman said it would be ready in a week, I show up (Saturday), and the dress wasn't done. She said Tuesday, I showed up Tuesday and my dress still wasn't done. I saw it hanging there and the fabric looked off from when I saw it on Saturday. I immediately demanded my dress back, I touch my dress and the fabric was rough, it was suppose to be silky. The tag read no hot iron, only cool, they must of steamed my dress and destroyed it in the process. How could they not realize after steaming half the dress it was ruined? They also caused a small tear in my dress right in the front! Avoid this place! You can tell in the photo I attached the color damage. Most of my dresses and skirts are too short for my personal style (and I am tall) and for years I have had difficulty finding a tailor that could do more than just lengthen the garment. I needed someone who could add fabric, adjust waistlines, etc., for a finished product that looked like it was originally made to be the requested length. This shop was recommended by a friend and I have been very impressed. Expert tailoring and no job is too difficult. I have had a wool coat cut down from XXL to Large and it fits like a glove. The price was very reasonable. I next had a sport jacket altered again it was done in a few days and fits perfect. I brought in two dresses for very simple fixes. One needed a new zipper and the other needed a few stitches. I was told that they would be ready the next Wednesday. I showed up on Friday, and the work hadn't been started, but was assured that it would be ready for Saturday morning. I went Saturday morning, and the work still hadn't been started. For suit alternations and modifications, E&N isn't cheap, but the tailor genuinely knows what he's doing. If you have an MTM or bespoke suit or jacket that needs adjustment, it will come back from E&N looking great, often with difficult hand work. If you need a tailor in the Morristown area, go and see Esref at E&N! After another tailor completely butchered my formal gown, and another Morristown tailor said they couldn't help me on such short notice, I went to Esref four days before the event. He managed to: cut off the train, make the dress the right length for a formal gown, bring in the seams, and fix the zipper. Basically, he performed a miracle. This guy charges outrageous prices to tailor a suit. It was $260 to tailor a jacket and pants!!! That's insane. I was willing to pay because I heard he does great work. He told me to come back in a week so I showed up a week and a half later to pick up my jacket and pants and he hadn't even started working on it. This guy does very high quality work. In particular, he was able to do a great job on a pair of pants that did not fit me in the seat well that two other tailors told me they could not do. He is often a little late on his dates, so call ahead of time to check and make sure your stuff is done. His prices are also a bit high, but you're getting really high quality work in exchange.
