I brought in my own hat to be embroidered with my own design. Design doesn't fully match the design proof that was sent. The blue in the rainbow gets covered by the purple, and the arc in the rainbow got smooshed. I know I had a detailed design, which was my error, but I wish it could've looked more like the proof. Heads up for any newbies like me: it took about a week to get a digital design proof, and then another 4 days for it to be complete. Not complaining; just stating the timeline! Comms via email were very timely and I found them informative on the process of embroidery (stitches, colors, etc). Next time I won't choose such a complicated design, but I'm glad they were able to pull it off! read more

Purchased 3 shirts Get It While It's Hot, Rusty Anchor, Butter Queen via Etsy. Butter Queen (which by design had two blocks missing from the banner on butter queen and looked like a big mistake, my fault for not catching that) and Get it While Its Hot both had flaws in the printing. A blotch in the BQ and pretty noticeable crease in the Get While Shirts. I contacted the shop and this the response. 'We can do a reprint or a partial refund, but I would say to keep in mind that these are hand printed and not always 100% especially with printing on dark colors,' So pretty much a crap shoot if you order a dark t-shirt and want a proper product. That was on the 12th and since I needed them for an event,requested refund and yet to hear back. $60 for 3 shirts, two flawed. I'd never do business if you have to rely on lighter colors of fabric to get a correct product. pfff read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. From day 1 I didn't get a good vibe from Brian or his partner. Not sure if they had a thing against church ministries or what, but it was not easy to deal with them. In my opinion they work at an extremely slow place compared to other locations. When we first got there and showed them what we wanted and for them to beginning working on it its at least 1 week. I wanted to provide my own shirts but they said if I do, any printing errors would be my responsibility so I went with their product (which of course cost more). After weeks of going back and fourth with design proofs and weeks of production on the shirts we finally get the finish product and it was nowhere near our expectations! The font color wasn't what we asked for, the DTG shirts were stained from the heat, and the words were crooked!!! I took the product home and analyzed it, I went back to the store the next day and mentioned this to them. To my surprise he didn't acknowledge any error and even said the font was not crooked (completely shocked me how blind someone could be), and that's when he decided to pull the plug on us and not offer their business. They're entitled too refuse their business, so this review is to avoid anyone else headaches or the hassle of weeks of work so at the end it all goes down the drain because of business refusal. Thank God we found another more professional company that managed to complete our whole order (correctly with no errors) in a matter of days! When I called, I spoke to a gentleman named Brian. I explained my situation and he told me not to worry, he could help. I emailed the font we wanted to use, along with the team name and within minutes, he had my invoice ready. I had no hesitation - paid it immediately, and then the very next day, received an e-mail in the early afternoon that they were ready for pickup!!! I recently used Think D'Sign Print to purchase uniform jersey shirts for two softball teams. The contact/sales associate/designer (Brian) that helped me with all of my questions and issues was amazing! First of all, he was prompt with his response to my original inquiry, which is always greatly appreciated and a solid way to begin a business relationship. Second, he was able to listen to all of my ideas for both teams about logos/color schemes and personally design both uniform jerseys --- they came out great! Next, he had no trouble at all with matching the sizes of the shirts I needed while corresponding those sizes with the number selections each player on both teams wanted. Lastly, Think D'Sign Print was able to except online payment (extremely convenient) and they were able to have my shirts ready for pick up at the store in Cranford ahead of schedule. A total of 40 custom designed softball jerseys done ahead of schedule with great pricing to boot - no need to say anymore. Very rude and dismissive. I was told that the shirts are screen printed on the premises but the box that my shirts came in has a different address so they may have been shipped. I didn't mind either way because they were still delivered within the turn around time. Despite the fact that I had to come back to the shop several times before even having the opportunity to ask questions about making the initial order due to them being closed when the sign said they were supposed to be open I came back because I was in a bind and he refused to complete the job on the same day even though he said he could earlier that day. He never specified exactly what time the order had to come in by. Had he done so the owner of the website I write for and I would have totally understood. Instead he was super rude to not only me but my BOSS on the phone. I was extremely embarrassed that I had referred him to the woman who signs my paycheck every week. I go out of my way to support small business but this is where I draw the line. It's no wonder on-line retailers are taking over. I did appreciate that he threw a tote bag in with my order. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt when his tone was snarky and dismissive. I thought maybe that was just his way and that he didn't mean any harm. I was happy in the shop when I got my order but I was so disappointed and unhappy with the way that he spoke to me today I had to say something. The majority of my reviews are positive but this was NOT a positive experience. Note: My shirts were designed by my graphic design major at a local university who I paid a fee for her impeccable services and customer service. He did NOT create the design and the only input he had was discussions on fit. I already knew what kind of material I wanted when I walked in the door. read more

Love this shop! I came in looking to get cancer walk tees with a few small sketches and ideas I've seen online. Not only did they understand the idea I had they were able to recreate something far better than what I pictured in my head. Extremely helpful and very nice inviting store. The tees came out great! When I picked up the tees I saw they do embroidered baby stats on stuffed animals, ordered an elephant for my cousin and loved the result! Will recommend and will be back soon. =) read more

I had to take the time write an outstanding review for think design print in Cranford. They have exceeded my expectations in customer service. A busy life, 4 kids and work on Saturday led me to forget to pick up a custom Easter shirt that I paid for and designed for my oldest to wear on Easter. It would match her siblings shirts that only came in kids sizes that I had picked up on line. I called too late on Saturday and they were closed. The message said the owners email. So I said, it's worth a shot, I'll email him! Not expecting a response, I sent the email. He not only replied but they were able to put the shirt in their mailbox for me! Unbelievable! I was very disappointed with this store. The first time I went there I bought a custom t shirt that came out great and I got it made right when I went in. The second time I custom ordered a shirt and was told it would be ready in a couple days, which was more than fine. When I placed the order I was given sample shirts to choose the size, but when I picked up the shirt it definitely was NOT the correct shirt I ordered. I called and told them I got the wrong shirt, I ordered a unisex shirt but was given a womens, which is MUCH smaller and a completely different cut, which is not what I wanted at all. Basically they told me I was stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit and they wouldn't make the correct shirt unless I paid again(with a 20% discount). I will not be going back to this store for any t shirts in the future and will be sure to have my family and friends steer clear as well. So buyers beware, if you don't get what you ordered, your stuck with it, you wont get your money back, and you also wont get the correct order unless you pay again. read more
