I have no reason to go to any other trophy or recognition award shop. They are local to our business, which is important to us. They have an incredible selection in house and Joe Kennedy has been very consultative to us as we have looked to build and expand on our annual recognition program each year. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there was a mix-up one year with style and a misspelling the year before that. First was my error, the second was the shop's. Both were rectified quickly and without cost to me. Joe treats us fairly and provides us attentive, responsive service. His prices are fair, although I can not compare them as I do not comparison shop for recognition awards. We have a small, infrequent need ( less than 6 awards a year) but I do know there is great discount in bulk. All Crown Trophy stores are franchised and each one has similar selections. I have been exceptionally pleased with Joe's store and we will stick with them if we can continue to see this great service and responsive attention.
