Comms via email were very timely and I found them informative on the process of embroidery (stitches, colors, etc). Next time I won't choose such a complicated design, but I'm glad they were able to pull it off!

A blotch in the BQ and pretty noticeable crease in the Get While Shirts. I contacted the shop and this the response. 'We can do a reprint or a partial refund, but I would say to keep in mind that these are hand printed and not always 100% especially with printing on dark colors,' So pretty much a crap shoot if you order a dark t-shirt and want a proper product. That was on the 12th and since I needed them for an event,requested refund and yet to hear back. $60 for 3 shirts, two flawed. I'd never do business if you have to rely on lighter colors of fabric to get a correct product. pfff
