When I mentioned it, Yianni took the time to review the image I sent and went above and beyond by recreating the design to ensure a much cleaner, sharper print. I love the final result, it looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with both the quality of the work and the customer service. Big thanks to Yianni for the extra effort--highly recommended! Their business hours are inconsistent as well--I called at 11:30 a.m. and no one was there, called again at 2 p.m. and they were open, but when I arrived at 4 p.m. to pick up my order, the shop was already closed. My order was left outside in the front of the business on a busy street. When they cashed me to confirm if I picked it up I took the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with the shoddy work, and all the guy said was they did their best and rushed to hang up. On top of that, I was charged over $30 for a basic white Gildan 3X T-shirt with a one-color, text-only print on one side, which feels overpriced given the quality. Overall, highly disappointing. I would not recommend this business.

I have been going to this kiosk for over ten years. Even though he works there, he doesn't know how to work the machines and says I'll have to pick up the next day. That's fine if I wasn't on a deadline. I told him multiple times I needed the designs by noon, and that if they couldn't do that then it's fine, I'll go somewhere else. As you can imagine the next day comes and my shirts haven't been done. I waited another 45 minutes and still nothing! I wanted a refund and they told me I'd be charged $20 design fee for the shirts. What?!? You should not have made the deal with me if you knew you couldn't do it. Plain and simple. It's okay if things are backed up or difficult. Just don't lie to me just to make the sell. You know that even if I don't get the designs then you'll scam $20 off of me. However it is my fault for trusting you to handle this is the first place and it will be your fault if you choose to do business with them. Zero Stars. Never Again.
