"Tailored" suit.
Tyler C.

The photo speaks for itself. Just picked up my suit tonight for my sister's wedding tomorrow, only to be surprised by the most terrible tailoring job I've ever seen. They did not even attempt to do this the right way by taking the suit in at the shoulder. Instead, I was told, "not to buy suits that have actual holes for the buttons." Stitching inside of this looks like it was done in about 3 minutes and is already coming undone. Based on the quality of the stitching, maybe it is a good thing they didn't attempt to take it in at the shoulder. I may have turned into Larry the Cable Guy halfway through the wedding. Incredible.

picture of their business hours posted on the store door. If you look at the background the lights are off and it seems as though they are

If I could give them less than one star, believe me I would! I called the store on October 28th with a last minute repair that I needed on a jumpsuit. Of course it seemed like a long stretch that they'd get it done in time due to the fact that I needed the repair done the same day. However they reassured me that they could get it done. I came into the store and spoke with a young man, I showed him the zipper repair that I needed done on my jumpsuit and he let me know the pricing of the repair. The repair was $49.50 and they charged me a $15 rush fee leaving my total at $64.50. The pricing seemed fair, so I paid the man $65 in CASH (keep this in mind this will be important later.) He kept reassuring me that the repairs would be done AT 7pm the SAME DAY. He told me verbatim, "Come pick it up AT 7pm it will be ready." So me putting my trust in them believed that it would be. I had other errands to run that day so I asked my little sister if she could pick it up for me at 7pm (the time I was told to come pick it up.) Later on that evening at 7pm my little sister calls me and tell me the store looks closed and that the lights are off and the door is locked. AT 7PM THE TIME I WAS TOLD TO PICK UP MY ITEM. So my sister and I both began calling the store, it would ring maybe twice and then go to voicemail. I called over 5 times same for my sister. So now i'm livid and I begin leaving voicemails because I am genuinely upset because I wanted to have the jumpsuit for my vacation that I was going on the very next day. I wouldn't have had a problem with going to pick it up the next day. However, that wasn't an option for me, being that my flight departed the next day at 9am before they opened at 12pm. I was so furious because they reassured me that I'd be able to get it that same day, and now the store is closed for the day. AFTER I paid a rush fee FOR NOTHING. Even if they were going to close early that day or whatever the case was.. they had my contact information. NO ONE EVER REACHED OUT TO ME ABOUT PICKING UP AT AN EARLIER TIME OR EVEN THE FACT THAT THEY WERE CLOSING EARLY. I get due to Covid that businesses store hours have changed. However, on Google and on a sign outside of their store noted that they closed at 8pm on Thursdays. So them telling me to pick up my item at 7pm didn't seem unreasonable, I figured they had other customers to handle before they could get to me. I received a phone call the next day from a woman at the store claiming that they were open yesterday even though the door was locked and the lights were off. She claims that there is a phone on the wall outside of the store that you're supposed to use to contact them inside the store. However, my sister says she saw no phone outside of the store. Mind you, NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT WHEN I WENT TO DROP MY JUMPSUIT OFF. I was ONLY told a specific time to pick it up. If there are elaborate instructions to pickup at certain hours THEY SHOULD VERBALIZE THAT AT DROP-OFF. Since I was already on the plane to my destination I sent my sister back to their establishment the next day to pick up my now late repair on my jumpsuit AND my $15 rush fee that I was charged when in fact I wasn't even able to receive my item and the date and time that was discussed with myself and the man at the counter earlier Thursday afternoon. My sister gets there and says the woman isn't trying to give me my rush fee back because she once again claims that they were open even though my sister was outside of the business with their lights off, doors locked, and NO ONE picking up the phone. The lady eventually tells my sister that she'll give her $10 back and NOT the full $15 that I spent on the rush fee and that SHE'll REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO MY CARD. When she KNOWS and can look my name up to see that I PAID CASH. So my sister left trusting that they would in-fact refund my money. Only to realize they stole my money and did a poor job repairing my jumpsuit. Yes, I can partly take the blame for instilling my trust unto them. But they lead me to believe that everything would go smoothly only for me to not only like the zipper that they replaced on my jumpsuit but HORRIBLE customer service. They didn't offer a discount for the next time nor did they even want to give me my money back. I WORK in the customer service field and I RARELY complain but this has to be the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL business that I've ever had the displeasure to visit. I'LL NEVER RETURN AND I ADVISE EVERYONE TO NEVER GO HERE. I wish that I read the reviews before I came here because there isn't one good review in the bunch. Now, sadly i'm a part of the bunch and am adding my own horrible experience. DON'T GO HERE NOT WORTH THE MONEY NOR THE TROUBLE IT WILL CAUSE YOU.
